Workout:
Med Ball Chest Pass - 6x3 with 10lb med ball
Weighted Chin-Up - 1-2 set 5x20lb DB 3 set 5x25lb DB
Close-Grip Pushup - 4x10 BW with hands on med ball
superset with
Inverted Row - 4x10 BW

Prone Trap Raise - 3x8 with 5lb plates (Go light on this always, don't want to tear anything)
set with
DB Hold - 3x30sec with 50lb DB's
set with
Deadbugs - 3x12 BW

Notes:
Could have did more I think on chin-ups, but I don't have a chin-up bar, So I use top of Lat Machine and it crushes fingers lol. Deadbugs are crazy hard lol, def. under estimated them. I had huge pumps starting after the close-grip pushups superset with inverted row...they were hurting lol. Great workout!

Glad it's end of the week, I need some rest, and def. glad I don't have to eat as much this weekend lol.

Keep going man, just because people dont post doesnt mean that people arent paying attention.

Just look at my log haha, theres like 2 people following mine, but I use it as a guideline for myself, to log what IM doing, not what everyone else thinks of my log. It should be as a "tracking your progress" kind of thing, not for other people to enjoy.


Plus Im still following, shouldnt that be enough??   ;)

If no one replies into the log, doesn't mean that nobody is reading it. I read every post that has someone else replied. Meaning i'm always reading your log whenever there's an update. Doesn't reply simply means "oh you are good there's no advise that i can give you right now. Keep it up!"

i'm following both your logs btw. No homo.

don't worry bro, I watch every single log I am subscribed to. Just because I don't post doesn't mean I am not paying attention to the numbers, results and troubles. If needed, I usually post something. Do this for you bro, not for the forum.

Daily Totals:

Went a little light today, because I am around 164-166 so I've gained 3-5 lbs this week. I'll know more tomorrow morning when I weigh myself, but I want to make sure I minimize fat. For some reason though, I started Monday and could see ab outline, and see them full when I flexed, now I can see them without flexing. Use to have an 8 pack, so I don't know if it's coming back or what, but I don't see how when I've been eating 4k a day pretty much everyday this week.

I'm probably going to eat around the same as I did today tomorrow, just over 3,000. Like I said, gained a good amount of weight this week, def. gained 2lbs, so I'll just chill on the calories for the weekend, and hit 4k again on Monday.

I'll post weight in the morning

Exactly what I think too when I dont post on ppls logs I follow. You cant stop now bro, It's a very detailed log and very consistent! Most the ones I've followed thus far, they're always like, "Oh sorry I haven't posted in 10 years, but I've been busy, or going to a party so I'm going to slip on my diet and excersie for the next week." Its like what the foo?! when I see people do that.

Keep up the good work man, we're all watching and taking it in. And thats great work if you're taking in 4kcal/day and seeing AB definition! I cant even think about a starburst without gaining 5lbs lol. As long as you progress like this, you'll hit your goal with extremely awesome results, you might be one of the few "Blessed" ones with outstanding genetics!

P.S.
What ever happened to the pictures? Get em in before you make too much progress and cant see the absolute results from begining to end.
