12 oz of chicken (got chicken fajita, just eat the chicken only, no veggies)
1.5 cups of rice
1 gatorade

Calories - 753 Carbs - 103 Fat - 12 Protein - 57

1 granny smith apple

Calories - 361 Carbs - 33 Fat - 12  Protein - 33

Daily Totals:
Calories - 4,014 Carbs - 445 Fat - 140 Protein -271

Off day tomorrow, so I'll be cutting my carbs down to around 350, and my calories will be around 3,500 or so.

hahaha, yeah man...I can usually take in around 4,500 and not have a problem. I remember last time I took in over 4,000 I ended up losing bodyfat and got a 8pack lol

2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 banana
1 animal pak
1 animal omega

Calories - 1,089 Carbs - 63 Fat - 66 Protein - 74

This is my home-made weight gainer, since I have an off-day I'm just gonna drink it for breakfast. I know there is a lot of fat in this meal, but it's all healthy fats.

I think I am going to send my Torrent back in...I feel like it's doing nothing, I worked out upper body Tuesday and still feel it today, so the recovery isn't too good on it. Plus it tastes like dog food.

Pre-Workout Supplements:
1 scoop Green Mag 45 minutes pre
1 pak Animal Stak 45 minutes pre
2.5 scoops of Jack3d 30 minutes pre (Jack3d sucks, can't feel a thing from it...thinking of trying SuperPump Max)

Workout: 11:00
Broad Jumps 5x5 BW
Front Squat - Set 1 5x125 Set 2 5x135 Set 3 10x145
DB RDL - Set 1-2 8x30 Set 3-4 8x40
DB Step-Up - 3x10 with 25lb db's in each hand
DB Suitcase Deadlift - 3x5each with 40lb DB

Notes: This workout was pretty tough, the Step-Ups got me big time...great exercise for legs.

Intra-Workout Supps:
2 scoops Purple Wraath


Post-Workout Supps:

1 scoop Gatorade powder in water
1 cup chocolate milk

(Passed on the torrent, trading it back in...get more cals, carbs, and protein with this)

Lunch: (1:15)
2 slices of whole wheat bread

SUBBED!!! Im late but im here man! Since no one answered your question about veggies, I will. Obviously you're not mexican and you really hate veggies lol. I mean come on bro, no peppers and onions on fajitas??

Its all good, the reason you should eat veggies is because when youre taking in all the protein you take in, then your digestive system is working overtime. Veggies (fiber) help your guts out and make it a little bit easier on your digestive system, not to mention the nutrients and vitamins you get from the veggies.

If you can stomach salads, You can replace a lunch time or evening time meal with an awesome salad. They're great for you and its fiberous enough to replace veggies with your other meals. I have a couple recepies if you can eat salads and want them.

Overall your log looks great bro. Thats awesome you can take that much calories in.

Man thats really good! You're really only supposed to gain approx 2lbs/week. Just make sure your not putting on too much bodyfat. keep your critic via mirrors. Also remember your weight on avg. will fluxuate 2lbs everyday so keep that in mind.

Give me til sunday evening to get those recepies to you, Unfortunately I'm at work again.
