Whatsup SR!

First off, I wanted to introduce myself. I am  a 20 year old, college baseball player from a small town of about 1,100 people. I was the first from my high school to ever play college baseball, despite coming from a place where baseball isnít big at all, scouts donít even know this place exists. I overcame the odds, and proved people wrong once, now itís time to do it again! I will be entering my junior season of college baseball this fall, and this log is for tracking my progress as I work towards my goal of becoming a professional baseball player! Iíve never done a log of any kind before, so this is a first! Iím looking forward to getting this thing started, and canít wait to see the progress I make! Thanks to everyone who subs and enjoys this ride with me!

My body stats:
Height - 5'10 - 6'0, will find out for sure this week
Weight - 160
BF% - Will also find out this week

Goals: (will change)
Gain 15-25 lbs over the summer
Improve strength and add more explosive power
Get faster
Get my arm stronger

Stack: (will change)

* My supps will change, especially Jack3dÖit will change by the end of this week, when I figure out if I want Craze, White Flood, or SuperPump MaxÖin case you are wondering why IĎm only using Jack3d for a couple of days, because I had some left over from a couple of months ago

Diet:
I will be posting my diet on a daily basis, along with the macros for the day

Workout:
I will be posting my workout on daily basis, along with the sets, reps, and amount of weight used

hahaha yeah bro, my physical before the season listed me as 6'0, but I just don't feel 6'0 ya know? Def. gonna go get the accurate measurements by the end of the week.

Man as a life-time first baseman and pitcher myself, I feel I should be along for this one. Not to mention, i'm chasing my bodybuilding dream coming from the #1 party college town in the country.

1 apple with cinnamon & a tbsp of peanut butter

Workout:
Box Jumps - 6x3
Deadlifts - Set 1 5x180, Set 2 5x195, Set 3 10x205
DB Split Squat - Set 1 8x25, Set 2-4 8x30
Back Extensions - 3x12
Band Pallof Press - 3x10sec.

Notes:
Great workout! Felt pretty good to be back in the gym for the first time in a whiiillleee. Had good energy from Jack3d. Purple Wraath worked good from what I could tell, because I wasn't too sore between sets. Universal Torrent tasted AWFUL!!! hahaha but I don't care about taste as long as it works. Too early to tell if Animal Stak is working yet or not. Great workout overall!

Lunch: 1:05 (45 minutes after Torrent)
2 peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread, 8 ounces of chocolate milk

Calories - 970 Carbs - 123 Fat - 44 Protein - 45
