5-19-12 Saturday

I missed my arm pump workout yesterday and I felt like crap all day because of it.  Iíve worked 14 days straight and had 5, 12-14 hour shifts back to back to back.  Iím feeling burnt out and just need some sleep.  I didnít miss my workout cause Iím a tired pu$$y I had a breakfast party @ 7am for 300 people on Friday and didnít get done with work until on Thursday until 1am.  Thatís the life I chose and now Iím done complaining.

Started my new stack yesterday
Erase pro (for 4 more weeks), Comp 20, Fat smack and all the other basics
Took a sample pack of no explode today and got nothing from it except an upset stomach.

Squats only today
Simple but effective, worked my way up to 290 with all triples.
3 sets or 3 of 290 A$$ to the Grass
Double drop set 245x7, 225x4

Off to work for 10+ hrs today, I might get a day off next Sunday.

My wife is all bent out of shape for me spending $300+ last month on supplements.  I told her that I was stocking up on some stuff on sale but as usual I didnít win the argument.  Itís funny that when she buys a $400 pair of jean with holes in them its ok.   Okay now Iím done complaining.

I was watching the 2011 ladies cross-fit championship while I was doing squats today.  Those are some strong dykes that I wouldnít want to mess with and doing a workout like that would make me puke my guts out. 
Iíll stick to the 3 -5 rep sets, and save the cross-fit for the dykes.

Yeah you never win money arguments with women, haha. I used to get yelled at by mom for spending $50 on supps, when she spent $200 on shoes & $300 on purses, & my sister spent $500 on stupid manga books.

I feel ya.  My wife has 12 coach purses.  She will only buy the leather ones and nothing with a huge logo on it cause as she says I don't want to show off but people who know will know.  My responce was if you don't want to show off then get your purses from k-mart not Macy's.  I lost that argument too.

5-21-12 Monday
Iím currently running comp 20 & Erase Pro in my stack, on day 5 of this mix.  Iím not feeling the same amount of energy and drive as I was when I was using d-pol but still pumped up to lift.
No preworkout needed, lifting at night today cause I had to work early this morning and I can't arrord to be awake all night.

This is kind of a pre-exhaust for me, Super slow on the way down and firing it back up .  My goal was 10 second reps but I was giving out after about 5-6 seconds.  Itís not a lot of weight for me but controlling it all the way down and pushing it up was very taxing.

Late night workout again
Had a big dinner of grilled chicken and a ton of grilled Veggies

No pre-workout needed

I wanted to increase the workload so I did two sets on each weight.  Iím planning on testing my max on bench in 3 weeks.  Itís  little frustrating that I canít hit more than 3 reps on 275# when I was hitting 315 for 3, 3 months ago. I canít drive with my legs when I bench, My feet barely touch the ground.  Even though my weight on bench has gone in the wrong direction since I started working out at home I feel stronger.

5-25-12  Friday

Yesterday was an off day

I'm adding in an extra week of the bigger arms program.  The whole deal behind this program is to force over-training by hitting arms directly 3 days a week plus indirectly 2 days.  1 day low reps, on day high reps, 1 day is a fast pump workout. Last week was a horrible week for me at work but Iíve been killing it this week. 
So Iím going to repeat this weekís programs next week and finish up in 2 weeks.

Comp 20 no effects yet (end of week 1).
Erase pro still looking lean and have dropped weight that Iíve added from the d-pol
was up to 242# after d-pol now back down to 234#
I've everything goes as planned I'm going to start a cut in 3 weeks and get down to 225#
Using the fat smack right now and I'm not getting the same energy as I did with oep but I feel a lot better other that it's effecting my sleep cycles.  I'm still using the 3-z on some nights and it isn't strong enough for me so I have to add in some meletonin and I still lay in bed looking at the wall for 2-3 hrs before falling asleep.

Used jack3d as a pre this morning.

Arms pump workout today = all giant sets
10-12 reps no warm up sets Ė fast reps, no rest in between until all sets are complete, adding weight after each round

Standing straight barbell curl 1 rep to shoulders, 1 to chin, 1 to eyes, 1 to forehead and double pump     12 total reps of 65# wide grip
Incline curls high on bench, 20#, 25#, 30#, 35# = 12 reps each
EZ bar curl 65# 12 close grip same weight on all sets
Single hand - High cable curls 30# on all sets
Standing Hammer curls 20#, 25#, 30#, 35#

Feeling a great pump, 1 swcoop whey with 1 scoop of casein after workout

Tomorrow is a squat day and Iím going to hit deads too. 
Iím taking tomorrow off from work and Planning on a 2+ hour leg and back marathon.

5-29-12 Tuesday

Took Sunday and Memorial Day off due to working 15 hr. shifts back to back.  Served a ton of people but nothing crazy, spent most of the day on SR and just had to baby sit my staff from messing something up.  I had to suspend one of my best guys today as soon as I arrived to work.  Heís a 32 year employee that broke a safety rule while using the meat slicer.  He cut the 1st portion of his index finger off, being a jackass.  Heís been on medical leave for the last 2 weeks and just got medical approval to return to work and bam I suspend him for 5 more days without pay.  Iím glad were not union.  Still itís a little stressful.

Started at 185, 205, 225, 255, 275 Nice solid reps with one second pause on the chest.

135,145, 155, 160, 165 (only 2 reps on 165, couldnít lock out on 3rd)

5-30-12 wednesday

Upper & Middle back

I forgot to take my fat smack yesterday afternoon so I took it with dinner about 6pm.  Worked out late last night about 8:30, I drank a whey shake, took a shower and went to bed.  Woke up at 1am covered in sweat, took another shower and stayed up watching movies until 4am.  Fat smack is a timed release thermogenic so unlike other fatburners in takes a while to kick in.  Actually it hits you in waves, you'll be cool one second and sweating like a temptress in church the next. 

Woke up again a 8am and I had to be to work by 10 so I only had about 30 minutes to squeeze in a workout.  Fast paced workout with very little rest, felt good but I was pretty tired and couldnít get into a groove.

No breakfast or pre-workout
Multi, comp 20, EP and fat smack 5 minutes before hitting the gym.

6-1-12 Friday

E.P is in its 6th week and since I dropped the d-pol Iím not feeling the effect quite as much.  My diet has been steady but has lost the lean feeling that I had 3 weeks ago.  Still not feeling Comp 20 but I didnít feel it until my 4th week last time I tried it so Iím still waiting.  The star of my current stack so far has been the fat smack.  This stuff is different than other thermos Iíve ran in the past.  The best way I can describe it as it hits in waves.  When Iím working one second Iíll be cool and the next second Iíll be sweating heavily. I have dropped weight since I stopped running d-pol, not sure what itís from or if itís the whole combination of supplements. 

This is my last week of the 6 weeks to bigger arms from Jim Stephanie. 
The results are mixed my measurements after my 1st workout to 6 weeks later after my last workout.
Before 16.25 Ė 16.50 on my right arm 
Before 16.4 Ė 16.50 on left

Nothing major but I can tell my arms are stronger.  My goal was to hit 17inches, Iíve still got some work to go.  My triceps are more squared up and I feel like they look longer if that makes since?

I've also noticed Fat Smack hits in waves...you're taking the XR correct?  I'll get the normal rush 30mins after taking my first dose and then like 2 hours later I'll feel another surge.  It's definitely different then other thermos, but I do like the extended release idea.

The extended release is the way to go, I'm suprised nobody else has thought of it before. 
I've used oep, recreate, hydroxycut, animal cuts & yohimbe hci and so far this is my favorite.

I've been at the same weight for the last 2 years give or take 10lbs.  I just can't get it down to my goal weight of 225.  I'm getting stonger every month and I don't want to lose my strength gains. 

If there is a way that I can continue to get stonger and lose the fat at the same time; I'd buy a truck load of it.
Someday my time will come.

I'm thinking about trying my 1st ph.  I know most of the guys on the site have ran them time and time again.  I've just kind of been a pu$$y about it.  Maybe this summer.
