Started This contest at work 2 weeks ago. I will hive a quick update as where I I'm now.  Starting weight 255lbs, now 240lbs.  During the week, I keep around 2000 calories.  On the weekend I allow myself to eat more carbs. Carb up so to speak. (Cheat) nothing crazy.
I eat alot of salad, broccoli, chicken, fish, veggies.  Some fruit, and drink about 1-1/2 gallons of water a day.
I run about 10 miles a night.  Also do P90X band work. Chest etc.
My supps
oep /alpha t2
lean extreme
performance /vitality
chromium
I was using litup. And freetest.
so this is where I am right now, I will update regularly. My goal WEIGHT is 200lbs.this will be 21.56% difference.  The contest winner is determined by greatest percentage of body weight loss. I don't know if ill get to 200 but ill give it my all. Hope someone follows along

Its about 6:15 here in MD. getting off of work at7am. I finished my night with a 34 minute run. I would run 3/4 lap and walk fast about 1/4 lap. I did this for about 30 minutes. 5 minutes was a light jog. Will do ABS when I get home,  some crunches, obliques, heels to heaven, 2-3 sets pf Max reps.   Till tonight c-ya

Moving slower then I want. Im training someone on my job so its taking away from my running time. ! Also,  starting to lower my carbs, and fat. Try to eat a lot more greens. And fibrous veggies.  Will update in a bit.

Ok, weight 236lbs.
Well I made a a change with some supps.  I took 1oep/1fatfree together by mistake!   But it was a good mistake.  To be honest nice focus, lots of energy.  Appetite was crushed!!!! Also I sweat like a beast after taking this.  OMG...   I went through about 1-1/2 gallons of water. It wasn't enough .. my right hammy cramped up.  it was bad. Today it is very sore.  I'm taking lean extreme in the morning when I wake up. Today I wanted to see how much of a difference it was with just fatfree.  There is a definite difference .  Wanted to give a quick briefing on my progress. I will fill in more later if anyone is following .

Weight 232-233lbs. Down 22-23 lbs.  Have 8 weeks left. At 6 Welsh I wanna be down 30+ .
Really have to start pushing it. I will do 3-4 more HIIT sessions tonight.  I still have to work in a full body workout (no legs).   For anyone following I'm taking lean extreme and fatfree.  Tonight. I might add in some oep! !!! Should make it a crazy night!  Haha.

Weight 231. Im really liken fatfree! BUT I hope I'm not wasting this. I really want to workout more when I take this. I believe the results will be nothing short of awesome. I'm afraid I will start adding weight. Is this right?? I feel really in the zone after taking this. More so when I workout. Don't get me wrong I have a similar effect when running after taking this, but nothing close to how I feel right now! I first jogged about 2miles, then I proceeded to do 100 sit ups. (With bands) then twist and oblique V-up 's. Then I did these non stop ,no break. Flat, incline, decline, Flyes. 15rep each. Pulldowns, back, front, 15ea. pullups ,rows 15ea. I feel amazing. The pump I have right now is incredible. Earlier I did some push-ups military push-ups diamond push-ups Shoulder press Shoulder Flyes, front, rear, side tricep kickbacks, forward, reverse bicep curls, Supination curls reverse curls hammer curls. 15 reps all!!!! Also I ve noticed the appetite suppression more today. It really knocked the hunger right out of me!

First off,  the last 2 weeks have been hell. My sleep is horendous, . I took off of work last week for 4 days cuz my wife was very sick. So I had the kiddies almost all week. It was rough. Between taking care of them and my wife I slept very little. Not to mention the inactivity. Compounded with the bad food. Yes ......a bad week. I gained a few pounds.  And since my sleep is messed up pretty bad. So I'm going to bring this to a close.  I've lost about 25lbs. Gained back about 5. But now I'm back to my normal routine.  So this takes me to my next chapter of what I call life.   I'm gonna do a recomp.  I've already posted what Im considering for my stack. In the prohormone section. All advice is welcome. Actually it keeps me motivated.  I'm preloading now.
life support
Milk thistle xtra
Triple strength fish oil
And using Litup pre workout.
So please.  Keep me going in the right direction.
I will logdaily
 my meals
supps
And workouts.
Also how the day has gone in general. A will give a weekly update on changes, positives and negatives. So help me help you...help me.
