Legs day

Squat
45X12
135X12
155X7
155X5

Leg extension
120X12
195X12

Leg curl
120X12
180X12

Leg press SS Seated calf raise
270X12     90X12

I was planning on increasing the weight of the leg extension and leg curl today so i changed the sequence of it. Switching up the Leg press to the last exercise. I manage to increase 15lbs on both the machine and better yet, i manage to do 12 reps for each of it. I'm loving leg days more by the day. My only weakness so far is squats. I can never make it past 7 reps. Any suggestions on how to improve on my squats?

Today will be my rest day. I'm having my first final test tomorrow so i won't be able to go to the gym. Have to stay home and be a bookworm. Wish me luck for the test!! I will have less calories today. Basically only 20g of fat for the day.

Anyways tomorrow will be a shoulder day. Looking forward to it. Finally get to release some stress from the test.

Also, tomorrow will be the day that i will check my stats again.

Look what just came in the mail!  :)

Nice!! I have a few bottles of Mechabol that I bought before I decided to have surgery. I'm excited to try them out in the not too distant future. Make sure you let me know how it went when you're done.
Screw a SERM!!! I keep my PCT natty!!!

Definitely. Be sure to let me know also on how your cycle goes okay. And maybe we can share notes or something.

Updates on today
So i guess today will be my rest day as well. I'm having a bad case of stomachache today. I ate at a restaurant with my friends and all of them have it too. Guess i can't really trust outside food anymore.

My weight has drop 0.6lbs and i kept getting the same 2 number on the fat calipers. It kept changing between 12 and 13 for the longest time. So i just assume that it is at 12.5% now.

AD-3 PCT update
I realize that i'm almost finish with this bottle. It has been a great experience logging for Lecheek and this company has definitely earns it's creadibility on this site. No disappointments on this. I will be looking forward in trying out their other supplements some time in the future. I will write more on the actual update i will be providing when the bottle is empty.

Updates
So the competition is about to end in about 1 week. Got to step up my game now. This will be the last triceps workout update for the transformation log. For the AD-3 PCT log, it is also about to end as i'm about to finish this product. It's been a long way since the starting of this log and i have learn tons of knowledge, by myself and from the valuable SR members. I will have a proper closing to the log later on this week when it is the official ending of it.

Although i'm closing in to the end of the competition, it's been very hard to keep my diet on point as i have my girl on the side. Cheat meal here and there. Hopefully it won't affect the results too much.

I went to the gym yesterday but i didn't log it because i don't think that it is worth a post.Basically free styled in there and i did a variety of random stuff such as cable abs, ran a mile, medicine ball throw etc...

Can't wait for back day tomorrow. I'm all hyped up from watching all the strength feat compilation videos on youtube.

Last post on the competition thread

Iím currently in the natural category

http://supplementreviews.com/forum/index.php?topic=17099.0

I started out this transformation competition with a cut process. After my cut, I then get on a bulking diet and finally a cut to finish off the competition. My motivation was from the other dedicated SR members that is in the competition also. Other than that, I started following other logs outside of the competition. Those logs definitely drag my butt to the gym every day.

I started out the competition with a CKD diet. It was hard to do a carb deficit diet as Iím feeling like Iím losing my energy on the first week. It started to get easier from the second week onwards. After I finish my cut, I decided to add carbs into my diet to start my bulking cycle. Lastly, I get on a high fat diet to finish off the competition with my second cut cycle.

Halfway through the competition, I sprained my ankle and I pull a muscle on my right hip. I wasnít able to do squats and dead lift for a few months. It definitely stalled my progress by a lot.

I didnít make any major change on my supplementation area. The most drastic change I have is on the PWO which varies from my homemade PWO, craze, and animal rage etc. Towards the end of the competition, I was offered an opportunity from lecheek to log one of their many amazing products which is AD-3 PCT. It definitely helped out on my sleeping schedule and I lean out quite a lot.

Things that Iíve learn
1)   Carbs is good for you. ONLY if you know how to incorporate it properly.
2)   Rest is very important. Donít be a hulk and train every day.
3)   Legs are by far the most important part to train.
4)   Dead lift and squats are your best friends.
5)   Donít train while you are injured as it will affect your progress even more later on.

If I could go back to January and start this competition over, I would include carbs into my diet. Besides that, I wouldnít cheat as much on my diet as I did. This would be so much better if my diet was perfect, which is a hard thing to do. Overall, Iím happy with my results as I have gain a lot of knowledge that only can be learn from self-experience.

Update on stats:
1st day of the competition = 152.6lbs 17% BF
After 1st cut = 143lbs 10% BF
After 1st bulk = 163lbs 16% BF
Current = 154.6lbs 11% BF
Overall muscle gain = 11lbs
Overall fat loss = 9lbs

Update on overall strength

Starting
incline DB press 60X12
dead lift 205X6
squat 135X8

Current
incline DB press 80X7
dead lift 250X4
squat 155X7

You have gained some real muscle. Your shoulders and arms look fuller and you have the V shape look. Your back is looking dense, so there has been some real changes in your body. Keep it up.
