Thought I'd start a log on my bulking training and diet. I'll be starting this Monday coming (australia time). I've currently started Peteys bulking diet which i must say is awesome!! I feel full all the time but the food is so clean that is isnt an overwhelming fullness that puts you off eating more. My training reigime consists of

Monday- legs and abs
Tuesday- Bi's and back, forearms
Wednesday- Chest, shoulders, tri's
Thursday-Rest
Friday- Bi's and back, forearms
Saturday-Legs, abs, chest, shoulders and tris
Sunday -Rest


I'm currently 5 10", 160.


I'll post up progress fortnightly and if anyone has suggestions in regards to my trainging programme or anything I'm all ears. ;D

Ah hell I'm in. have you always split up your workout like this? (each muscle twice). That poo would kill me but if it works for you rock on

Hey markp I've just started doing each muscle group twice this week, the last 2 months been working every muscle group once but I feel personally I recover quite quick so as long as I have a couple of days rest between working each muscle group I can continue. Give it a few weeks and we'll see if its the same story.
