A-AKG- 3.5 grams
Jack3d- 1-2 scoops
Creatine monohydrate- 5grams

Well its not exactly homemade if the main ingredient is jacked. Creatine mono is most effective when used post workout. And fyi, aakg does nothing to give you a pump. Try some citrulline instead, or glycocarn if you are rich

I guess if you feel like something helps, then it can do no harm. When you run out though, def pick up some citrulline and some beta alanine. 3-4g of each can help you lift long time.

I think it's good that you found something that works for you.

However...you know that the two main ingredients of jack3d are AAKG and creatine monohydrate right? So there's really no variety there.

I like the suggestion for beta alanine, which is also in jack3d, but for higher doses. And citrulline malate actually has more research support a link to muscle pumps than AAKG does.

I would also get some BCAA's in preworkout.

yeah i appreciate it i just know that there is only a trace amount of creatine and AAKG in jacked. But the beta-alanine and citrulline is a good idea. thanks
