I know! I weigh myself every day now but, I found it to be more rewarding to see a 10lb drop after a week at the beginning

Almost thru day 5

diet is going good but Im hating oatmeal for breakfast. I just hate chewing it so today I basically drank it. I'm absolutely CRAVING some carbs like bread & potaotes. Going out with the wife 2 a fairly fancy restaurant tomorrow & I'm going 2 really enjoy having a "normal" meal. We're getting a jacuzzi suite as well as choc, stawberries, champagne & maybe some ..... whip cream lol  so I'm gonna have a hell of a cheat night. ;) At least I know I'll get extra cardio as well

workouts have all been focused & strong except 1 cardio session. I normally go 45min relatively easily but I was destroyed @ :30 in & squeezed out :35 total. I haven't slept well for 2 days which is the culprit I believe.

Weight was 326 yesterday so it's a nice steady decline.

Day 8- I'm having some insomnia & it's really hurting my workouts. I was totally drained after my first 5 sets. I'm going 2 get some ZMA ASAP.

The past weekend was pretty decadent celebrating valentines day with my wife so I'm not having any cheats until a week from Sunday. 

I'm feeling really good thru the day with the small meals but Oatmeal is killing me in the morning. I have 2 just drink it now which is fine. I'm really digging the tuna & I've tried some new green veggies that I didn't think I'd like and was pleasantly surprised.

Hopefully I'll get plenty of rest 4 Wed's workout & it'll go better

My vote goes for Extra virgin olive oil in tuna, get some good fats in ya!

I do 2 cans at once which is 4 servings of tuna. So for every 2 servings of tuna I personally do 1 serving of fat. I like 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp mayo for texture with my 2 cans. Ends up being just over 400 cals.

3 weeks in & I'm down to 319. Not as much weight loss as I'd like but good body recomp. I'm fitting back into my 2xl shirts that were too small & I need 2 drill a new notch in my belt.

My cardio has drastically improved on my hiit. B4 I could only get up 2 5.5mph on no Inc. Now I'm doing 7.0 with Inc of 5->3->1 in 10 min intervals. I feel a lot better in general.

The diet is going very good IMO although Im tiring of tuna lol. I only had 1 cheat meal last week.

I started a-pump & powerfull this week. I'm enjoying the bump in carbs & hope powerfull will help me sleep better. Also got casein this week & it is effin delicious!!!!
