Skip La Cour's Mass Machine-Building Diet Program? « : July 24, 2011, 11:34:39 AM »
Im think about doing this diet seeing im doing MAX-OT training. What do you all think and do I need all these whey protein shakes. I can see having a whey protein shake with breakfast pre & post-workout what about  lunch & dinner if im having a serving of lean protein then that should be enuff protein I would think. If you all have any tips like things you would change or add that would be nice?

Thats a ridiculous amount of whey protein. They are just trying to market their products. There is no reason to take a scoop of whey with a meal that already gives you a good amount of protein. Not to mention how harsh that would be on your organs.
mmmm.....quinoa

While that is a ton of whey, recent studies show that a high protein diet has no adverse effects on your kidneys.

WAY too much whey, if your gonna stick to this diet I'd replace quiet a bit of whey with some whole food protein sources... This is propaganda in a diet and he'd make a hefty dollar off those who follow his diet to the mark
