Update: This log has been around for quite some time (July of 2011 to be exact). I have had many changes and directions with my training but regardless still crushing it along the way.

Current emphasis is preparing for my next bodybuilding show on October 22, 2016 here in Miami at the Dayana Cadeau Classic.

From the beginning, this log started on July 4th, 2011:
I
July 4th (Legs)

Barbell Squats:
135 x 8
225 x 8
275 x 8
315 x 6
335 x 6 (3 total sets at this weight/reps)

Front Squats:
185 x 10
195 x 8
225 x 6

Stiff Leg Deadlifts:
225 x 8
255 x 8
275 x 8 (3 Total Sets at this weight/reps)

Standing Calf Raises (In Smith Machine, toes on box. It's not my favorite, but it's all my summer gym has)
225 x 10
235 x 10
275 x 10 (1x Neutral, 1x Outer, 1x Inner)

Leg Extentions:
145 x 10
155 x 10 (1x Neutral, 1x Outer, 1x Inner)

Leg Curls:
145 x 10
155 x 8
160 x 6

Overall, it was a very solid workout. I have to admit, I was dragging ass from having 2 late nights in a row, but I still managed to get all my sets completed with good form so I can't complain too much. Could have been worse if I drank, but I guess that's one advantage of being a lame college student. They can have their alcohol, I'll take my water!  ;D

Thanks to all that decide to join in for the ride, we'll see how big of a dent we can put in this thing!
