Designed to help users build muscle, recover faster and stay hydrated during exercise, ProtoLyte NATURALS is a whey protein isolate supplement.

The VMI Sports website states that the product is “100% cold processed and filtered”. In theory, this ensures it retains more of its natural nutrients than it would if it was heat-processed.

ProtoLyte NATURALS contains 23g of protein, 1g of carbohydrates, 4g, L-glutamine, 5.3g of BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) and 100 calories per serving. It uses natural sweeteners and is free from sugar, lactose, gluten and GMO.

The product also contains TRAACS chelate-bonded minerals for “superior hydration and performance”.
