EPIK Blue Juice is an intra-workout manufactured by USN. It is designed to increase “performance and power”. It is also intended to improve hydration and recovery, while also boosting vascularity and muscle pumps.
The manufacturer says it uses glycerol (as GlycerPump™) to achieve “peak performance and vascularity”, while highly branched cyclic dextrin is said to improve blood-glucose levels and enhance growth and recovery.
Meanwhile, the brand also includes betaine anhydrous to boost power output and fermented BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) to “accelerate muscle protein synthesis”, which could improve endurance and recovery.
EPIK Blue Juice is – or has been – available in two flavors (“Red Redemption” and “Blue Voltage).
