About R1 Pre Amino
R1 Pre Amino is an energized amino acid product made by Rule One Proteins (sometimes known as Rule 1 Proteins). It is formulated to aid muscle recovery and growth, while also providing “anytime energy”.
The product contains 13 ingredients. These include L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine – collectively known as branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). These nutrients are said to work together to promote protein synthesis for muscle growth.
R1 Pre Amino also contains beta-alanine and L-citrulline, which are thought to ease muscle soreness and reduce fatigue in different ways.
This supplement is – or has been – available in eight flavors. These include “Blue Razz Lemonade”, “Watermelon Splash” and “Cotton Candy”.
