Nugenix

Nugenix is a brand of “men’s vitality” supplements. It is not a company, but a sub-brand owned by Adaptive Health, which is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

The manufacturer also has offices in Bethseda, Maryland and Boston, Massachusetts.

The Nugenix brand first came to market in July 2012 as a brand owned by Direct Digital, LLC – a Utah-based company founded in 2009. Its flagship supplement was – and still appears to be – Nugenix Free Testosterone Booster.

The manufacturer states that this supplement is the best-selling product “in GNC stores nationwide”.

After a merger between Direct Digital and Healthy Direction LLC, the company behind Nugenix changed its name to Adaptive Health LLC.

Other brands owned by Adaptive Health include Instaflex (“doctor-formulated” pain relief), Peptiva (digestive relief), Lumiday (mood and sleep support) and Dr. Sinatra (heart health).

In May 2016, former Major League Baseball designated hitter Frank “The Big Hurt” Thomas signed up to endorse the Nugenix brand. In a commercial for the brand’s Free Testosterone Booster, the MLB star says that he started using the product after his 40th birthday because without it he “couldn’t stay in shape like he used to”.

Nugenix’s flagship test booster was named as GNC’s “Top Product of the Year” in 2019 for the second year in a row. The same product was also named “Best Product Innovation” at GNC’s Vendor Awards in 2013.

Other products in the Nugenix product range include – or have included – Nugenix Total-T, Nugenix Ultimate, Nugenix GH Boost, Nugenix Thermo, Nugenix Cellular Energy and Nugenix Multivitamin.

In addition to GNC, Nugenix supplements are also available from The Vitamin Shoppe, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and Vitamin World, in addition to nugenix.com. All products come with a “30 day 100% money back guarantee”.

The Nugenix brand sponsors Hope For The Warriors® – a veteran’s charity.
