As the product’s name suggests, it contains just one ingredient: Beta-alanine. CarnoSyn is a trademarked form of beta-alanine owned by Natural Alternatives International Inc (NAI).
Beta-Alanine is said to increase the body’s ability synthesize carnosine, which could help prevent the buildup of acid in the muscles. This in turn may increase endurance and delay fatigue during exercise.
This supplement is made to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in an FDA-inspected facility. Each unit is tested both in house and by a third party to “ensure 99.98% purity or greater”.
