Trenbal: Another Supplement That Is An Absolute Waste Of Money

July 26, 2017 // In Supplement Scams // By saab

Dubbed as the “pure bodybuilding dynamite,” Trenbal is a supplement manufactured by Nutribal. These are blue pills that claim to be the ‘legal’ clone of the steroid Trenbolone which promises results that can be acquired by taking steroids without having to take real steroids. Additionally, they claim to deliver what most men dream of: bigger, stronger muscles, improved strength and stamina, and a boost in testosterone levels. Priced at $56.96 for a month’s supply, Trenbal can’t be purchased elsewhere but their official website. Surely, these blue pills come with intriguingly bold claims. However, the question is - does this supplement really work, or is it another [possible] waste of money?

Home page

Trenbal is exclusively sold online, on their official website.

The TL;DR to this post is that Trenbal is an absolute waste of money. Outrageously expensive and suspiciously very similar to scammy supplements like CrazyMass,CrazyBulk, and D.Bal.Max, this supplement will obviously take you nowhere but rip a hole in your wallet. If you are looking to enhance your muscle strength, check out our testosterone boosters section.

Trenbal has boasts an oddly formulated ingredient profile

N-Acetylcysteine (600 mg) - A prodrug for L-Cysteine, N-Acetylcysteine is used to allow more glutathione production in the body when it would normally deplete. Through this process, N-Ac provides antioxidative effects. As for its efficacy in attenuating fatigue, it has been found that in this study that N-Acetylcysteine may enhance physical performance. However, these effects are only useful in short-term situations since N-Ac supplementation may induce side effects.

Magnesium bisglycinate (120mg) - Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral and electrolyte, with magnesium bisglycinate being the magnesium salt of glycine, commonly produced as a dietary supplement.  Glycine and magnesium are commonly bounded to increase the absorption of the latter. This form contains 14.1% of magnesium by mass, which equals to about 100mg of magnesium for every 709mg of magnesium bisglycinate, while the standard dose for magnesium is at 200-400mg.

Zinc gluconate (10mg) - Zinc is an essential mineral that is found in meat, eggs, legumes, oysters. This mineral is touted to increase the testosterone levels in men. Zinc gluconate, on the other hand, is a popular supplement form of the latter, which is formed by combining zinc with gluconic acid. Zinc is a known aphrodisiac and testosterone booster. However, supplementation may only boost testosterone levels in men who are deficient in zinc. As for the dosage, 5-10mg is considered low, while 25-45mg is considered high. In Trenbal, there is only 10mg of zinc gluconate which equals to about 1.3mg of elemental zinc.

Cholecalciferol (2500 IU) - Otherwise known as vitamin D, cholecalciferol is a fat-soluble, essential vitamin. Supplementation of this vitamin comes with a wide array of benefits, including improved cognition, bone health, and reduced risk of cancer and heart diseases. The safe upper limit dosage for vitamin D is 4,000 IU/day.

Pyridoxine (10mg) - Otherwise known as vitamin B6, pyridoxine is primarily used in providing necessary coenzymes in the body. However, supplementation on this vitamin isn’t deemed necessary, as it appears to have no unique reasons to use this supplement.

Sodium selenite (200mcg) - Selenium is an essential mineral that is known for its antioxidant capabilities, sodium selenite being its inorganic salt compound. The standard dose for selenium is at 200-300mcg; sodium selenite is 45% selenium by molecular weight which equals about 91.2mcg of the antioxidative mineral present in Trenbal.

Trenbal has stated a bunch of ‘blends’ present in their formula that are nowhere to be found in their actual label

Complete with a professionally-done website layout, Trenbal won’t look shady at first glance. In fact, if you visit Trenbal’s official website, you’ll see a lot of information that will convince anyone into thinking that this product is legit. However, I noticed that they have stated to include a bunch of blends in their formula but are nowhere to be found in their actual label.

Pro BCAA Complex, 20-Hydroxyedysterone, and Whey Protein Complex - these blends are definitely MIA and nowhere to be found in the actual label (refer to the ingredient label provided above). Are these statements another tactic of luring people into believing this product actually works?

Trenbal by Nutribal is suspiciously similar to T-Bal by CrazyMass and Trenorol by CrazyBulk

It seems like Nutribal tends to put out the same outrageous marketing gimmicks as CrazyMass and CrazyBulk, and here’s how: Trenbal by Nutribal, T-Bal by CrazyMass, and Trenorol by CrazyBulk don’t just have similarly-sounding names, these supplements all claim to be ‘legal’ alternatives to steroid, calling themselves ‘bulking and cutting agents’. Additionally, these ‘bulking and cutting agents’ are obviously named after the anabolic steroid trenbolone. Ever wonder why? It’s simple: to lure people into thinking that by taking these ‘legal steroids,’ they get the exact same effects without actually having to take its illegal counterpart. Moreover, they are promising to deliver amazing results without any harmful side effects.

CrazyMass, CrazyBulk, Nutribal

Suspiciously very similar: T-Bal by CrazyMass, Trenorol by CrazyBulk, and Trenbal by Nutribal

Trenbal uses the same photo that is also used by another shady supplement brand

Remember D.Bal.Max? Apparently, they share the same ‘model’ in promoting their (shady) supplements! Here, check this out:

The Bottomline

After further digging and research, it is obvious that Trenbal is one shady supplement. Oddly formulated and outrageously expensive, these pills have nothing to offer but bold, ridiculous claims. Don’t waste your hard earned money on supplements like this. If you are looking to enhance your muscle strength, check out our testosterone boosters section.
