Would Arginine be benneficial to my stack?

Would this be beneficial after workouts with my Whey and Glutamine?

Obviously I take it before workouts, but moat of my PWO have arginine already in them so I have this extra hanging around and I've been putting 1 tsp in my post workout shakes. Is it a waste?

If you have it sitting around then go for it. It will in theory help with vaso-dilation and aid in delivering nutrients to muscle.

Good call Petey. Another use would be to take in upon waking and perhaps later in between meals to increase NO levels generally.

Argine is a great product to take after a workout as well, it helps with getting rid of waste such as amonia the body produces, also it helps with keeping your veins and other blood vessels diolated allowing more oxygen and key nutrients such as amino acids into the blood.
