Hey everyone this is my first protein shot review. I have been wanting to try any protein shot for awhile but i never wanted to spend the money. But i was able to get a box of them for free.

Price=7 they are about 33bucks online which plus shipping goes for almost 3 bucks each. I got a box for free at the NY PRO at the Worldwide booth cause my wonderful wife kept going back to the booth to take one tube at a time until we had 12 lol.

Taste=5 wow ok these taste bad. almost like its sour, tart, and gloopie. i had the grape, apple, and fruit punch. they were all pretty bad but id say the grape was the better of the 3.

Profile=9 ok here is where this product looks good. 210cals, 0 fat, 0 sugar. They use sucralosse as the sweetner with some potassium and 125mg of sodium which is ok. but it has 50g of protein per shot which is great. Purified Water, Proprietary Protein Blend [Hydrolyzed Collagenic Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate And Casein Protein Isolate], also they but in some BCAA but its listed at the bottom.

there are a few reasons to take a protein shot. some ppl watch water weight so this is better than the RTD's, some ppl dont have time or the space to sit there and mix up a protein powder. also look its the real life some of us work jobs where we cant sit and eat a "WHOLE FOOD" every 3 hours.

But I used these during days where im at a get together, at the beach, or on long trips. its so conveinent to just pop one out and your have your 3 hours covered, since i only used these on those rare times it took me almost 5 months to finish 12 of them. now this is not a meal replacement but it works great as a just in case.

Now i would only recommend this to those ppl who fit into any of the above catagories. they taste pretty bad but hey its a shot. if you cant finish this you have a problem. So i say hey if your "SERIOUS" about your growth they buy a few and keep them on hand.
