Recommended Overall I'd say it's a great protein, very clean, and a staple in my contest diet right now. Noticed it's pretty thin, even more so than others like ISO-100, but still has a good flavor to it. Big fan of the graham cracker. Definitely worth it if you're looking for a quality isolate, are contest prep, carb conscious, etc.

Recommended Ok, I bought the SRO because I'm currently deployed in Afghanistan and carbs and fats in the food they serve us is never an issue. Then I got it and noticed that it actually did an excellent job of getting rid of the hunger pangs. And I've definitely noticed a drop in body fat and an increase in muscle definition since I started taking it pre and post workout. I do a lot of circuit style workouts as opposed to heavy lifting for size and bulk and it's working great for me. The only reason I'm not giving it a 10 is that the taste is a little bit thin on the Vanilla that I ordered.

It's best to mix this stuff in minimal water, like 150-200mL. The flavouring is great (I've tried vanilla and graham cracker) but very thin as mentioned.
