This is my second bottle of this stuff. I have always been a VPX fan, I've tried the Stealth and Syngex products, loved both. I was looking for a lighter cal/no carb protein shake for mid-day and post- workout. This product has low calories and high protein per serving (1 serving = scoop) so it does last awhile. It's a little more expensive than the Syngex, but it's not bad and not to mention well worth it. The taste (Vanilla) is awesome! I haven't had any side effects with this product(no bloating, etc.) For the taste, value, and effectiveness I highly recommend this product if your looking for a low cal/no carb whey protein isolate to keep lean. If you have any questions regarding this product I would be more than happy to answer them.

I wouldn't recommend this if you are small and trying to get big, but if you wanted to lose a little wait without losing a lot of muscle this stuff is great. It tasted alright...not bad, but it was really sweet. And for around 25 bucks it is definitely worth it.
