Recommended Time to write a review for my go-to supplement for adding MASS and gaining strength. I feel it is very important to write a review for this because even though they have a few great products out, VPX is a very shady dishonest company. What you see on the label is not what you are going to get out of this product. I wont copy and paste the whole profile because this review is already going to be long enough, but here is the basic ingredient breakdown:

Glucose, isomaltulose, and waxy maize are the three sources of the 78g of carbohydrates in Stealth. Imo this is a perfect blend for post workout carbs. You get yer glucose to Spike insulin and shuttle nutrients into muscle cells as well as yer high Molecular weight carbs to get the amino acids and creatine where they need to be. Next is the 47g blend of seven different proteins. The most abundant is whey concentrate followed by milk concentrate and isolate (80% casein, 20% whey), whey isolate, Micellar Casein, and casein and whey hydrolysates. The hydrolysates are protein already broken down into short amino acid chains and are ready to be used in your body when you ingest them, making them the fastest digesting proteins available. They are at the bottom of the proteins listed, which leads me to believe they their amounts in Stealth are very low, but still an excellent addition. After that we have the "Myogenic Lean MASS & Power Amplification Matrix," consisting of six grams of six forms of creatine and a couple extra. There are definitely some quality sources of creatine in here. Creatine nitrate Boosts strength like no other. Creatine magnesium chelate is the main source in CL's Green Mag. And creatine gluconate is bonded to glucose for enhanced absortion. The only problem here is that creatine monohydrate is listed first, which means that there could likely be at least 4g of it and tiny amounts of the rest. I would also like to get something straight: creatinol-o-phosphate is NOT creatine. VPX tries to sell it as creatine, but it is not. It is however a supplement that could possibly improve your body's ability to force muscle contractions. It has not been proven, but I like seeing it in the blend. Beta Alanine is also in there but i am 99% sure that there is only 50 mg, given as it is the last listed in a 6050 mg blend. Weird though, I still felt the ba tingles very mildly. And there are 3 grams of EFA's. meh.
Overall that makes 540 calories, 47g protein, 78g carbs, 4g fat, and 6g creatine.

Effectiveness:
I used this not as a meal replacement but as a post workout shake because of the profile. I dont think you really want to use glucose other than post workout unless you are on a seriously dirty bulk. Post workout I used 2 scoops instead of a three scoop serving and mixed in some whey isolate. This way helped save money and make sure enough of my protein is whey. There is a lot of casein in here, and it doesnt really bother me because a complex has been proven beneficial post workout. I have been through two tubs over the period of two and a half months. I saw some solid strength and size gains during that time. When I started Strealth, I was coming off two months on bed rest with brain injury. Stealth really helped me get my strength back and add THIRTY pounds to my previous bench press 1rm. Solid. Size gains were pretty nice too. I had vanilla and cookies and cream flavor. If you plan on using Stealth post workout, you must get vanilla flavor. For some reason it has less fat and fiber than the other flavors. Mixability for this stuff is excellent. You can mix it in a glass with a spoon, which is ridiculous for a gainer. obviously it has a grainy texture from the creatine. I dont know why that bothers some people so much. As for side effects, this will dehydrate you. But that just means the waxy maize is doing its job. About 15 minutes after I drink Stealth, my mouth gets dry because the waxy maize helps draw everything including water into muscle cells. Bloating was very minor.

Value:
I got it at 30 plus shipping online or I think it was $37 in stores. Not too bad for what you get imo. Keep in mind this is a creatine product, protein complex, and post workout carb powder all in one.

Overall, I really enjoyed Stealth and I would recommend it for your next bulk cycle. VPX has made two of my favorite supps, this and Power Shock. But they are very sneaky with their labeling and I would not recommend any of their other products. This one is my new favorite gainer because it has quality ingredients and I saw some nice gains on it. Funny thing though, my bench press didn't increase by 1,108% like the label said it would. :)
Pros:
Cons:
  • All In One Post Workout Powder
  • Great Mixability
  • Excellent Ingredient Profile
  • Strength Increase
  • Vpx's Darned Prop Blends

Recommended Ok, so I have a few reviews I have to get out of the way from being gone for awhile. I picked up 4 containers of this stuff at my job because it was close dated, and have to say I was quite impressed. Never used anything by VPX before so this was a good first run for me:

Ingredient profile: This product has a great ingredient profile hands down. the only down side is its kind of a "proprietary blend" but none the less, this has some good stuff in it. the protein mix is solid, and creatine nitrate is some good stuff.

Taste/mixabillity: You all know my opinions on taste haha. But it did taste well. The mixabillity on the other hand was so so, sometimes it would mix and sometimes it would clump. It was hit or miss:

Effectiveness: I used a full serving for breakfast and a half serving after workouts. I was mainly using it for recovery purposes because I was training my ass off for the metrodash tomorrow in DC. Not only did my recovery sky rocket, this stuff leaned me out very nicely. I gained alot of strength in my lifts ( a good 10-15 lbs), and a little quality size. the good thing about this stuff is there wasn't that much water retention, i looked very lean and dry. I think that can also be attributed to the waxy maize in the product.

Cons: There are a couple of cons. Taking this shake in the morning was rough on my stomach for some reason. I dunno if the sucralose didn't agree with me or if it was the Beta Alanine, but sometimes after drinking this i would get nauseas. But i found that mixing it with milk helped the problem. The other con, 15 servings per container.

Value: You can pick this up in some places for 30 bucks a tub, which for 15 servings is just okay, not too steep but not the best. The effectiveness of the product kinda curves it a little though, because this is a pretty good one.

All in all, I would highly recommend if your looking to gain some strength and get increased recovery. Just if you drink it for breakfast, add some milk to soften its blow on your stomach

Recommended Bare with me as this is my first review.

This is my first trial at any lean MASS gainer and plan to eventually try products from Optimum Nutrition, Gaspari, etc.

I am currently on my 2nd tub of this product and decided to review it mainly because it seems that many people haven't given it a try or even heard of it yet.

Results= 10/10
I mention this topic first because that is why anyone initially purchases a product. For me personally, I experienced increased density of muscles, increase in strength, and noticeable gains of lean muscle. In just a month I put on 2 SOLID pounds of lean muscle. It is one thing to pack on 5 lbs. of "weight" in a month, but that could attribute to excess water retention. Water retention was not an issue at all with this product. Also, my muscles are more pronounced and my strength has increased across the boards.

Taste: 9/10
I do not tend to care about the taste of a product, since it is the results that Motivate me to purchase a supplement. My first tub was the Vanilla Blast flavor, which was surprisingly mild and pleasing. Yes it was a little bit grainy (as some have mentioned), but not very noticeable. After all, it has 7 different forms of creatine, and certain variations of creatine are not completely water soluble, so the graininess is to be expected. Currently I have the Chocolate Rush flavor, which is actually very tasty and seems to be a little less grainy than the vanilla--although I don't know why?

Value: 10/10

The reason I gave this as a 10 is due to the ingredient profile. For $33 at AllStarHealth.com you get the following:

1. Waxy Maize...This effectively moves the ingredients in each serving to your small intestine to be absorbed more readily without being broken down too early by stomach acid.

2. 7 Anabolic and Anti-Catabolic Steady State Proteins
--Keep in mind your body need rapid absorbing
protein (Whey) as well as slower (Casein)
3. 7 different creatines! It is not just Creatine Mono,
which in excess can by itself, cause too much water
retention

4. Beta-Alanine- Great for increasing muscle carnosine,
which in turn prevents muscles from breaking down as
readily (anti-catabolic).

5. Three grams of various fatty acids help to reduce
inflammation after training, promote cardiovascular and brain health, as well as add an extra 27 calories to the nutrition label : )

Overall: 9.5/10

I have high standards for any product, so an overall "9.5" is very rare in my opinion. I would give this product a 10 if it contained some glutamine and had 20 servings instead of 15...At 20 servings, I could use it 5 days a week over the course of the month. For the price, that would be a steal. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to gain lean mass. Actually, it can be used as a meal replacement since it provides an excellent balance of carbs (78) grams, fat (5 grams), and protein (47 grams).

Sorry for the lengthy review...again it's my first review, so I like to be meticulous.

Recommended I am a semi hard gainer and have a hard time putting on weight in general unless it is eating countless calories a day and putting on fat. I started this a week after getting my wisdom teeth out, and I weighed 137lbs. I weighed 141 and was stuck there for a few weeks before I got my wisdom teeth out. It took me exactly 3 weeks to go through this tub, and I am up to 143 right now. That is SIX POUNDS in 3 weeks.

I have tried other weight gainers and did get a bit stronger on them, but half the weight I put on was fat. With this I dont seem to have any more fat than when I started.

I went pretty hard on my chest in those 3 weeks and my dumbbell press went from a 45lb max to a 65lb max.

The flavor was just fine, one of the better protein shakes I have had. The problem is 3 scoops is a lot. I ended up taking 1 scoop pre-workout and the other 2 after my workout. I also started taking Noxipro the same time I started taking this, but I doubt that had much to do with the weight gain although it could have helped with the strength.

Overall I like this product. It works much better than what I expected, I had lean gains in weight, and very solid strength gains all around. It tastes great for a protein shake. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a higher calorie protein shake.

NOT Recommended I have used 1 tub of Stealth last month. Honestly speaking its not worth a try,,it is no better than simple creatine monohydrate... I gained only 4 lbs of muscle mass after using it. As I had 114 lbs of weight two months back and gained roughly 9 lbs in 1 the first using Muscle Juice and whey along with good diet. But after this I tried Stealth but all in vain because I used creatine earlier and got much better results....This is not a good weight gainer but one thing I felt that my strength has increased much. But that was not my only motive so I felt no one use it for bulking.......

4lbs of muscle in a month is a solid gain yet you rated its effectiveness as a 3. I'm confused, what type of gains were you looking for on this?

Recommended Got this awhile back and no i am finally going to write the review..

Value 8/10- This gainer is pretty expensive when it comes to mass gainers.. I got this at my local nutrition store for around $30- 40. It only has about 15 servings so it is pretty expensive for a gainer (around $2.25 a serving) but the ingredient profile is great and easily makes up for the price.

Taste 10/10- I bought the cookies n' cream flavor and it was amazing! I used 1/2 serving in the morning and 1/2 post and it was perfect taste and texture. It aslo taste great both in milk and water:)

Effectiveness 9/10- I used this product in a lean bulk and helped tremendously. I gained about 3 solid lbs in about a 4 week period. I was also using my normal creatine, pre- workout and whey at the time. This product was great for recovery time and also made my muscles alot more denser which was nice;)
lol

Profile 9/10-
This is just about one of the best ingredient profile of a gainer i've seen. It has around 545 calories which is good to gain lean mass. As a bonus has about 7 different creatines and Beta Alanine for good strength gaines and denser muscles:)

Total fat- 5g (8%)
Sat fat- 1.5g (8%)
Chol.- 65mg (22%)
Carbs- 78g (26%)
Fiber- 4g (16%)
Sugar 3g

Overall 9/10- This is great overall gainer. It has everything a body builder needs to accomplish all their goals:) Though the price is an issue for most people the great profile is a great substitute for many other products and eventually pay for itself.

Cons:

Recommended i took this for about 3 weeks before i was out, throughout those weeks i did notice pretty nice gains in the weight room, my lifts went up more significantly than usual and i felt full throughout my workouts when taking it 1 hour prior, the taste is pretty great, i had no problem with it at all, texture is a little rough though. the only downside to this product is the value, its about the same story as jack3d, with 45 scoops, and you're supposed to use 3 scoops each time you mix some up. But thats expected from most of the higher end mass gainers so i won't beat them up too much for that. all in all a good product that i would buy over and over if i could afford too.

Maybe Recommended I wasn't too thrilled about the taste of Stealth, there was just something wierd about i'm not used to. Ive used other gainers in the past and Stealth also has more of a gritty composition to it, which probably due to the creatine thats mixed into it. I took it before and after i worked out, but i believe it got the job done. I gave me energy my body needed before the workout and all the protein i needed after.
