Ok, So I am ready to give my review on a product that was ridiculously overhyped and it failed to fulfill its promises in every way.

So Yoked apparently is the greatest pump product with enhanced focus and endurance. I can surely say that it provides one third of the claims that it makes. I ordered Yoked instead of Nitrox II because it was out of stock in bb.com and I was very eager to try a supp that gives me that psychological and physical high of the muscle pump (as described by Arnold). I simply regret it.

Now the review...

Effectiveness(6/10): So I tried it for the first time on my chest day. 3 open caps in water 30 mins before the workout. I loved it, I never had such a sick pump in my chest. It was outrageous. My chest was red and like they say "Yoked." However, I did not feel tunnel vision or focus, my endurance was a little better, but nothing I have not felt before from a good PWO. I kept on using it on the rest of workouts during the weeks to come, but I never got that pump on the rest of my muscles. It was very disappointing. I thought I was doing it wrong, I switch my timing, to 1.5 hours before my workout which I hated because I workout at 7am, but nothing worked. I upped the dosage to 5 open caps and nothing, I swear that I was so angry with Yoked and I regret ever getting it instead of Nitrox II.

I used more than half the bottle, but I did not finish it, I probably had about 18-22 caps left because I was doing 5 caps a day before I returned to bb.com.
I rate it 6 out of 10 because I did get a pump once, but mostly because I had the best hard ons with this haha. I swear that my wife felt it lol. It was incredible how I had such erections even though I would take this at 6.30 am and I will get down to it at 11 pm. A couple of times I tried it like 1 hour before sex and boy I was 8HHHHHHHHHHHH=D.

Value(4/10): USP Labs boasts that this is such a better product because you don't need a ridiculous dose to get the results. 3 caps thats it... yeah right, but they don't mention, unless you read the fine print in the bottle, that if you weigh over 200 you may need up to 5 caps; that is only 18 workouts for $34 and its nothing different from regular NO2 horse pills that you have to take in 5 pills a dose. If you stick to 3 a day, is 30 workouts, but compared this to Nitrox II which I am currently taking it definitely falls short of value. Specially because it doesn't work. It would be a lot different if Yoked was effective.

Taste(4/10): I think it is very stupid for me to be judging pills on taste, but since I had to freaking open the caps to get the benefits out of Yoked, I have to give my opinion on it. It simply tastes like powdered aspirin: Disgusting. Although, I am very tolerable with bad tasting stuff, I surely do not want to open capsules and mix them with water for this to work. If I buy pills, I want to swallow pills, if its powder I know I have to mix. Think about how annoying it has to be if they tell you that you see better results if you put Jacked in caps? I know it is very different from opening caps, but the fact of the matter is that this is annoying to do.

Dosing(0/10): The dosing for this product is plain stupid. I really hated how you had to take this 90 mins before or even experiment it with until you get the so called "sweet" spot for timing. If you have to experiment with the dosing of a product a couple of times (this includes the amount of pills you may need) before you get get the results you are looking for I would think is product not worth your money at all.

I also need to add that this is definitely not the product for people that workout in the morning.I usually wake up, drink pwo, get dressed and go. With Yoked: Wake up 1.5 hours before the gym, open the caps (if you need to). Lay around and wait until is time for the gym to either open or for you to workout. Think about the people that go at 7, 6 or even 5 am; what time should they wake up for it?.


Overall(3/10): This is a product I would not recommend, buy again or even have in my store. I think it plains sucks, is very inconsistent; the dosing is just dumb because is not set to a standard. It can be pricey because if you need the 5 caps that is only 18 workouts, pretty sad in my opinion.
Overall, I do not recommend this because the risk of this not working is greater than the benefits that you can see from it ( a so called dry pump). USP Labs makes some quality products, but this one to me is an Epic Fail.

I was one of the Original Beta testers for Yok3d and I have finally finished my full bottle today.

Yok3d is a Pump and Performance product designed to give you increased vascularity by means of vasodilation in your blood vessels allowing greater volumes of blood to flow to your exercised muscles and by doing so, allows for greater muscular output as well as faster recovery between sets.

Effectiveness: (7)
I tried every dosing variation imaginable ranging from 3-5 capsules dosed anywhere from 1-3 hours before a workout.
I even tried opening the capsules and dumping the contents into my PWO drink as this method seemed to work for some other users as well.
Yok3d did provide me with an increase in my performance in the gym but I did not get a "pump" from the product the entire time I was using Yok3d. My vascularity did not increase either. Since this is a "pump" AND "Performance" product it did ring true on half of what it claimed since my performance did increase during weight training.
I was able to push higher weights for more reps and set several personal records while using Yok3d.
The effectiveness was greatly increased if taken with a carbohydrate containing meal prior to working out and this is where I was able to break some records with my lifts.
The best and/or most effective dosing protocol for ME would have to be 4-5 caps 1.5-2 hours before a workout with a light carb meal containing less than 50g of carbohydrates.

There have been several recent specials allowing you to get Yok3d on sale and it has been the "Deal of the Day" on several sites since its release. You can usually find it for around $33 online which is typical pricing for a product like this.

Summary:
For many people Yok3d has been hit or miss and the confusing and ambiguous dosing protocols led to alot of frustration with users struggling to find timing and doses that work for them. My perspiration during workouts also increased alot when using Yok3d and as I was sweating bullets in the gym. For the people that Yok3d works for, its a fantastic product that will increase nitrogen retention and allow them to make greater gains in strength and muscle MASS but unfortunately my strength gains on Yok3d were only prevalent on the days I used Yok3d and once I stopped, my strength and reps decreased as well.

It only took me three or four tries to find my sweet spot with Yok3d. I consider myself lucky but I think it’s something we can all find. For instance, once I found the timing and saw the pump, I could tell there was more there. I used the same timing and added another cap and POW! If you give this a shot, keep trying! Read the logs and educate yourself first. Don’t get disappointed.

I waited until I finished my IC bottle after my beta bottle before I did a review.

I’ve never used Nitrox II but I can say this is way better of a pump than any PWO I’ve ever tried! When you see the pump you get, it’s a “dry” pump. By dry I mean that it is vascular and the skin looks tight over the muscle. With other PWOs I felt it was wet, like the water was rounding the skin around the muscle. This is something that I never noticed until I started getting my Yok3d pumps. When you get Yok3d, you can see a difference in the pump!

Value: 7/10

Of course I have used my beta and IC bottle so my value was excellent. This will vary for everyone depending on how many you need to get your pump. At the 3 pill dose about $1.26 per serving. At the 5 cap serving ~$2.11 a dose. I lift 5 days a week so $10.55/wk can be a little pricey. The most important thing here to remember is, if it works for you, then it is so worth it!

Taste: 9/10

How can I give a cap a taste rating? Well, in the cap form, I can’t. The last half of my IC bottle, I started breaking open the caps and putting them in with my Jack3d. While you can tell there is something in there besides Jack3d, it’s not a taste you can distinguish. The last cap I had, no idea how you have a bottle of 90 and have a cap left when dosing 5 at a time, I just opened it and put it right on my tongue. While this wasn’t a taste that made me want to just barf, it wasn’t the next flavor of Skittles either.

Effectiveness: 10/10

Here is the most important thing, this stuff WORKS! I had such intense pumps that actually made it hard to lift near the end of biceps because my arms were huge! I would get secondary pumps of muscles that that I was barely even using; biceps during shoulder days for example. I walked around like a solid 10-15# bigger and solid! Muscles were as hard as rocks and looking to bust out of the skin! Loved it!

While in the gym, I would be so focused on lifting. I was on Jack3d too but it was a more intense focus that Jack3d alone.

I noticed the muscle fatigue didn't set in like normal either. Doing my normal workout, I had more left at the end. Sometimes I'd throw in some extra sets if I had time. Most of the time when I left the gym, I didn't want to because I still had something left!

Abs, here was something that was very different. I've never had an ab pump before, just the burn. This didn't feel like a pump so much but more like pressure on the abs! You could see them buldging out! Awesome!

The worst part was having to dose 2 hours before workout. A lot can happen in 2 hours and I have 3 or 4 times that I didn't make it in my 2 hours, more around 3. I still got the pump but it wasn't as much?

Sides:

The only real side I had was sweat. I noticed that my sweating went up a lot during the workouts. Not that this is a problem because I liked it but I wanted to point it out.

Overall:

I was very impressed with this product. I dialed it in quickly and loved the results. The whole time I was on it, the regulars in the gym were asking questions. I told them what I was using and they were begging me to tell them when it would be available.

I suggest to anyone wanting to give it a shot to be patient. My suggestion is to start out with the smallest dose you think will work and get the timing down. Once you see the pump, decide if you need to adjust the timing a little or up a pill. You will be able to tell what your body likes. Try opening the caps and putting them in your PWO, that seems to speed up the process. I have a theory on why that is but it is just a theory and has no real substance behind it.

One thing that I did notice near the end of my IC bottle is that the pumps didn’t seem to be as good? You are not supposed to have to cycle this but I could notice a difference. I’m sure as the product is out there longer and more people use it, this will either prove or disprove itself.

Bottom line is that this is real. If it works for you, people will notice. It’s not placebo effect, there is a pump for sure. Just wait for the people in the gym to ask you what you are on!

As many of you know, I was selected as one of the honored few that to receive the privilege of BETA testing Yok3d. With the supplement industry piling up more and more run of the mill arginine products and labeling them the next best thing, USP went above and beyond when they created Yok3d.

Effectiveness: 9.8/10
This is hands down the most outstanding NO product that I have ever used. The first things that jump out when you get your dosage/timing down is that compared to many other products that just give a pump, this product goes above and beyond in delivering what I like to call a 'dry' pump and it takes vascularity to a whole new level. During my run of Yok3d, it was in conjunction with a cutting phase and that made the results even more noticeable. I have always had pretty good vascularity, but I had noticeable improvements across the top of the shoulders, arms, and calves, and saw veins pop I hadn't noticed before on my lats, chest, traps and lower abs. Combine that with that added edge of a 'dry' pump and I'd say we have a winner.

Ingredient Profile: 9.6/10
Many will scan the the ingredients and say, "So what? Another arginine product." While yes, it is arginine as the base ingredient for the pump, its not the standard version, but arginine nitrate which is an up and coming version that I predict will be the next big thing. Also supporting previous research that I have read is the inclusion of Vitamin C which has been reported to increase the efficiency of arginine. Overall, they did an outstanding job of keeping it simple, but ridiculously effective.

Dosing: 9.1/10
For many, this will be the only drawback to the product as it takes a little experimentation to get the dosage just right. I found my ideal sweet-spot dosing it 4 capsules, 2 hours pre-workout. I recommend starting with 3 capsules, 90 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach and experiment as you see necessary from there.

Overall: 9.7/10
From here on out, this will be my staple as a NO product to use in conjunction with my pre-workout. I was a expecting a good product from USPLabs when they announced the product and I received notification that I was selected for a BETA test, but the experience that I've had is nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend giving Yok3d a try at least once and see how outstanding it is for yourself.

I was selected by USP Labs to beta-test Yok3d. I have completed a full bottle and am already on my second bottle. Some of you folks here at SR have been following my log that I kept on Yok3d throughout the months of January and February. I've been taking N.O. products since the early stages of my lifting career. I have taken Plasma Jet, NO2 Black, Super NOS Pump (A-AKG), and Nitrox II. Here comes the review for Yok3d.

I ran Yok3d while bulking. Got the bottle for free since it was a beta-test but I also checked into the price before I rated the value at a 10. The only people selling it right now seem to be GNC and it is on sale price for 40 dollars for a 90 count bottle and 60 dollars for a 180 count bottle. I don't expect it to go up much more than that, specially when it hits online retailers so considering that price and the fact of my bottle being free, I give it a 10.

The dosing for this product can, for some, call for some trial and error. The label recommends dosing 90 minutes pre workout on an empty stomach. The # of caps taken go accordingly to weight. For <140lbs: 2 caps. 141-190lbs:3 caps. 191-230lbs:4 caps. 231lbs and up:4-5 caps. This dosing protocol may not be best for everyone. For this product, it really is all about finding your sweet spot and what works for you. For me, personally, It was 4 caps 90 minutes pre workout on empty, or 4 caps 2 hours pre workout when taken soon before or after a meal. You can certainly take it with food, as this will only slow down the absorption, not decrease it. Yok3d normally reaches it's peak at 90 minutes when taken on an empty stomach and gradually comes down. The bottle lasted me 21 workouts. Yok3d claims to enhance pump and performance. It did just that. I will now go into description of 3 categories consisting of pumps, vascularity, and performance. While taking Yok3d, I experienced deep, hard, dense, thick pumps and extremely enhanced performance. I got extreme tunnel vision and mind-muscle connection and I just couldn't seem to get tired in the gym. I felt like I could go all day long. The pumps with this product are not like anything else you have experienced. With other traditional N.O. Enhancing products, You notice that you get sort of a hollow pump that gives the swole type feeling to the muscle. With Yok3d, I noticed that the pump seems to sort of sit deeper in the muscle and it is heavy. That's the best way I can describe it. It's very full and the muscle hardness is comparable to being 2 bottles deep on a cycle of USP Labs Prime. I definitely looked about 5-10lbs bigger about mid way through my workouts. The pump did, however effect different muscle groups differently for me. I experienced the biggest pumps in my bis,tris, and chest. These were just outrageous. I remember on my 2nd or 3rd week, I was doing a set of incline DB curls and I had to drop to 25lb DBs because my arms were locking up because the pump was so extreme. I don't look at that as a bad thing because that feeling is just amazing. THAT type of pump is what I lift and live for. My back, shoulders, traps, and calves all got awesome pumps, just not to the extent of the biceps and triceps. The only muscle group I didn't experience the crazy pumps on were my Quads and Hams. It seems for these, It was the Isolation movements that brought out the pumps, rather than getting them on the first or second warmup set of compound movements. This is the only little reason I gave the effectiveness a 9. I also got pumps on my secondary muscles used in workouts, such as triceps for bench press and biceps for back and DB flys.

The vascularity was very impressive. I actually developed NEW visible veins since taking Yok3d. I have been a decently vascular person since dropping all my young age fat and working out, but Yok3d took it to a new level. I developed new veins in my chest, delts, calves, and some of the ones on my forearms made their way up higher, just above my elbow. I even got these weird looking balls of blood that come up on my calves for their routine. It's just awesome to look in the mirror at 13% bodyfat (current bf%) and see vascularity like I'm at 8%. Very satisfying to say the least!

The performance aspect- Well this was the most noticeable of all. I have never in my lifting career of nearly 7 years experienced the tunnel vision and mind muscle connection like I have with Yok3d. When I put my headphones in and walk into the gym, It's like i'm automatically just in the zone and ready to wreak Havoc on the iron. I had some very good strength gains, moderate size gains, and broke some PRs since I started my Yok3d cycle. Some of my compound lifts went up 30 pounds. Flat BB bench went from a measly 175-205, DB shoulder press went from 50s to 60s, Bent over BB row went from 165-205 which was a PR for me, Low pully row went from 100-120, Pec Deck went from 100-140 (another PR), and my squat went from 235-265. (none of these are 1 rep max, most of them are in the 6-10 rep range). So I Had some pretty big gains on compounds and about a 5lb gain on the majority of my Isolation movements. The lifts I did not get PRs on are all nearing PRs very quickly. I've never found an N.O. type product to deliver these kind of results. Mind you, I train like an animal and keep a strict diet but this should be done to get the maximum benefits from ANY supplement.

Another thing I noticed on Yok3d was the DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness). I was training so hard and didn't realize it at the time because Yok3d help me push more weight without fatigue or tiredness. After a day or 2, those muscles would just be shot. So if you are not careful while taking Yok3d, you may very well overtrain! So keep that in mind.

Yok3d ingredients- This ingredient listing is damn near completely new in the supplement industry. If you guys have experience with USP Labs, you'll know that they don't always throw in your run-of-the-mill ingredients. Here is the listing:
Proprietary blend- 1350mg
Arginine Nitrate, Vitis Vinifera L. (Powergrape), Trichopus Zeylanicus (whole plant) Extract, Vitamin C (100mg as Ascorbic Acid).

Arginine and Vitamin C create a synergistic effect for pumps. Arginine Nitrate, however is much more powerful than your L-arginine and A-AKG.
As far as the other 2 ingredients go, I have seen some stuff on Trichopus Zeylanicus showing it to have anti-fatigueing properties If i'm not mistaken. From what I dug up on the PowerGrape, It can yield anti-oxidant aide, decrease in fatigue, improved physical performance, protection of red blood cells, and increase hemoglobin concentrations. Regardless of the info behind these ingredients, From my experience, Jacob Geissler nailed the formulation for Yok3d. This stuff definitely worked well for me.

So there you have it. I gave it my best shot to be helpful, honest, and descriptive in my review AND my log for Yok3d. It's been a very fun experience and I'll be running it for quite some time, specially now since I now have 2 more bottles to go through. I'd like to thank Adam for recommending me for the Beta-test and also Jacob and USP Labs for selecting me and making supplements that work at an affordable price. This new pump/performace product is straight up awesome and amazing! I was definitely a responder as you will find out later in my review. There isn't many supplements that you can actually feel when they are working.....Yok3d is one of them. Here is my straight up honest review.

-Effectiveness 10/10: Yok3d is one of the best supplements I have ever taken or experienced to date! Yok3d gave me deep, dense pumps like I'v never felt before. I felt Yok3d really shined when doing 12 or more reps. The pumps were so amazing it made my whole body tight and swelled up to where I actually looked 15-20lbs bigger.
From the vascularity stand point it was almost freakish, a huge increase in that department. As far as enduracnce and focus goes there was an improvemnt there also. I felt so good on Yok3d I was able to pump out more reps on every exercise, everyday it seemed. My workout kept getting longer and longer due to the fact I never wanted to leave the gym....no joke!

-Dosing N/A: Yes I admitt the timing of the dosing can be a hassle but once you get it down....BOOM its full throttle ahead. At 193 I took 4 caps on an empty stomach 90 mins pre-workout that was definitely my sweet spot however reading others logs everybody was different.

-Value 9/10: Around 35 dollars for 90 caps is a little on the high side but certinly not horrible. Like I'v said before you get what you pay for.....amazing results!!!

Final thoughts on Yok3d. Compaired to SciFits Nitrox II....there is no comparison from the pump stand point. Yok3d is simply the best pump/performace supplement ever to hit the shelves. I strongly recommend this to everyone.

First off, I want to thank Adam and Jacob for allowing me to beta-test Yok3d before its mainstream release. It was a privilege doing so, and I am thankful for USP Labs continued commitment to their customers. I’m giving you guys a head’s up – this is going to be a long one. I’m generally pretty detailed, but I have a lot to say about this product. Buckle your seatbelts, here’s my Yok3d review.

TASTE & MIXABIITY: N/A
Obviously with Yok3d being a capsule supplement, this category is erroneous. That being said, Yok3d caps are very small and go down easily, and even people with a general dislike of pills should have no issue handling 3 or 4 Yok3d caps in a single swallow.

EFFECTIVENESS: 8/10
Yok3d is primarily marketed as a “pump and performance” product, so I want to approach each of those categories separately.

In terms of pump, Yok3d is completely different from anything else I’ve ever tried, including Nitrox II. As many of you are discovering for yourselves, Yok3d provides an unusual deep tissue pump that seems to originate from within each muscle group. Generally the pumps I experienced while on Yok3d were monstrous and extremely satisfying. This is especially true for my biceps and traps, which would noticeably increase in size during every workout.

This brings me to my main gripe about Yok3d – consistency. The struggle I, and I know several other testers had, was dialing in the dosage timing of Yok3d in order to achieve maximum results. The product’s effectiveness window is large (roughly 1-3 hours) and the timing, along with the number of pills and whether or not to take the product with food seems to vary in effectiveness from person to person. Now, once the ideal dosing protocol has been developed, Yok3d is pretty consistent in its performance… but not always.

For me, the ideal dosing was 4 caps, 90 minutes pre-workout with a small snack. Even so, there was the occasional workout where I felt I wasn’t getting the same results as I had in previous workouts. It was a bit frustrating knowing that, for whatever reason, I wasn’t utilizing Yok3d 100%.

One more thing and then I’ll move on. The dosing protocol also leads to a bit of second-guessing and life frustrations. By that I mean that I, for one, wanted to try several different dosing protocols to make sure I was getting the most out of the product. Additionally, there were some times when having to dose Yok3d so far in advance of a workout became an issue. Life would interfere and my workout would be sooner or later than initially expected. As mentioned before, this usually meant I wouldn’t feel as much of a pump or performance boost which was aggravating.

Where Yok3d really surprised me was in its performance enhancing qualities. Yok3d is the first product to ever truly give me “tunnel vision”. I felt more focused for most of my workouts then I ever did while taking Jack3d, Nitrox II, SuperPump, etc. Additionally, I often saw marked increases in both my vascularity and overall strength. Again, consistency was an issue. Some workouts I’d be veiny as hell. Others I’d feel extremely strong and would put up personal bests with no issue. And still others I’d experience a laser-focus that made me fly through my workout. Unfortunately though all of these effects did not happen with every dosing, nor did they usually occur simultaneously.

VALUE: 7/10
Obviously a free bottle of Yok3d would be a 10 in value for anyone, but I personally want to rate Yok3d on a more accurate scale. Prices for Yok3d seem to be varying a bit since it has only recently been released, by for the most part $35 for 90 caps // $65 for 180 caps seems to be a fairly consistent price.

There are a couple of factors that play a heavy role in determining Yok3d’s value rating. Obviously the number of caps one needs is important, but also the number of dosages it takes for a person to dial in the correct dosing protocol also plays a role. If you used 4 caps for 5 workouts in determining what dosing procedure worked best, well you’d have just used up 20 caps simply figuring out how to best use the product.

Using the 180 count bottle, running Yok3d at 3 caps per workout would cost you $1.08 per serving. 4 caps equates out to $1.44, and 5 caps a pricey $1.80. The only product that can really even be in the same conversation as Yok3d is Nitrox II which, at $36 for 90 dosages, rolls in at a per serving cost of only .40c.

OVERALL: 7/10
Yok3d is a really interesting product and certainly belongs in a category all its own. It’s a great addition to any stack, be it cutting or bulking, and is a solid compliment to other pre-workout supplements. Furthermore, it can serve as a stand-alone product for individuals cycling off stimulants/creatine that still want the added focus and pump during their workouts. The product is extremely versatile and can have an excellent impact on multiple fitness factors when utilized to its Optimum potential.

Personally, Yok3d blew me away in some areas and disappointed me in others. The consistency factor was a big sticking point as was the frustration with dialing in the dosing protocol. On the whole I did really enjoy the product, but would rank it fourth on the list of USP Labs products that I’ve tried – behind Pink Magic, OEP, and MBCAA, but ahead of Jack3d and PowerFULL. (I’ve not tried Prime, Anabolic Pump, etc.)

I feel that it is pretty apparent through reading the tester logs and posts on the forums that individual responses to Yok3d are widely varied. I definitely recommend picking up a bottle of Yok3d and giving it a try. You may just find it to be the Ultimate supplement in your arsenal.

So I haven't done a review in a while and I feel obligated to do this one. A little while back when this site got hooked up with compound 20 samples I missed the boat but this super awesome rep from USP hooked me up with this and some powerful. Thanks Adam. This won't be biased as I have mixed feelings about USP Labs : strongly disliked Pink Magic but liked Jack3d.

Taste: (5/10) your really not supposed to taste this product as it is a pill. however, I found this product works much better when the pills are cracked and poured into a pre workout drink. when you do crack the pills they smell sulfury and taste like a dirty penny. not pleasant but again that's why it's a pill most likely.
Effectiveness: (8/10) I was surprised by how much I liked this product, but take it for what it's worth it's a pump product. what you get from stuff like this is PUMP not really recovery not really increased performance. you get more swollen and blood filled muscles. on that front this product delivers big time. on my arm days I thought my bi's were guna pop. sometimes it was almost to much.
Dose: (7/10) I find most standard sups under dosed even creatine. I was taking 5-6 pills per day when I wanted extra pump. it called for 4. I was also popping them open as that's how I got the best results. I only took this product on days I wanted extra pump, didn't take it on off days and learned quickly to not take it on squat or dead lift days. I got back pumps so bad from taking it on those days I wanted to throw a 45 at the mirrors in the gym.
Value: (7/10) take it for what it's worth it's a pump product. it's as good a pump product as I think is out there but it is only a pump product. if your into that it's more like a 8 for value if you're not at all maybe a 6 so I picked 7.
Overall: (8/10) if you want extra pumps this is a great product. if you're not that into pumps but a cool rep has given you this product for free it's also a great product. it's not a recovery product IMO and it's not an endurance product IMO. if your into strength goal training or powerlifting this probably is not for you.

UPS Labs' Yok3d is one of the most interesting products that I've ever tried and one that I've had a love/hate relationship with. I got this product last summer at the GNC in Mall of America, after there was so much hype about it. I purchased the 180 cap bottle at the sale price of about $58 which wasn't too bad.

I was super excited to try it out the next day, and took 3 pills during class about 90 mins from my workout, as directed. I then I took 2 scoops of no explode and hit the weights. Nothing happened at all; I felt exactly the same as if I had just taken the explode! I experimented with the timing for another 3 more days using 4 pills, and still nothing significant happened; all I noticed was a little bit of tunnel vision for about 10 mins after taking them and then it would go away. Pump was nowhere to be found during my workouts.

I was on the verge of returning this when I decided to try opening the pills and mixing it with my PWO after reading about other people's experiences of this here. So, on an empty stomach, broke 4 caps with some HemoRage UC and had one of the best workouts that I had in a while. My muscles (esp biceps) were hard and dense and well pumped up; I also worked up a good sweat which I always like.

So I stuck to breaking 4 caps into my PWO and that seemed to produce the best results for me, and gave me some noticeably extra endurance to do more reps with. I was on a cutting phase when taking this and Yoked definitely helped me keep my lean mass and become much more ripped. However, I noticed that even when breaking the pills did not work all the time; still, a good 15 % of the nothing would happen at all.

Overall, I had some fun with Yoked and experienced some good results on it, but also had to deal with the inconsistencies which were frustrating. As a pump product, SciFit's Nitrox 2 is way better because it always works, is a lot cheaper and lasts longer. I personally would not buy it again, and would only recommend it to someone who has some extra money doesn't mind going out of their way to experiment.

Ok, So here is my review on Yok3d, USP does an amazing job at marketing its products but the results fall short of the hype.




Effectiveness(7/10): So I tried it for the first time I took it the pump was nice took longer to kick in then advertised, and though out the time I took it it just provided pumps but no "road map" veins.

Value(6/10): Overall I think the product is over priced, basically you pay for all the hype but don't get as promised results Im 200lbs so I have to take between 4-5 pills so it falls just under 30 days per bottle, which I dont mind but I would like to have at least purchased a product worth the money


Overall(7/10): This is a product I would not recommend, buy again or even have in my store. Maybe it might work for someone else but the result were very minimal.
