why isnt this working?

I'm feel like I am doing everything right! Eating EXTREMELY healthy and excerising, Please help. everyone seems to already be losing weight and I've stayed in the same spot.

How long have you been taking OEP for? In addition to eating healty reducing your overall caloric intake is necessary as well. How much cardio are you doing a week?

Answer #2:
Just because you are at the same weight dosen't mean you haven't lost any bodyfat. Also check your diet first you are supposed to be eating at least a 500 calorie deficit then from what you would need to eat to stay at the sameweight. This is not a magic pill and everyone responds differently to it. Put in the hardwork and the results will show.

try to eat healthy, eat 5-6 times a day (small portion meals), and do cardio..
fat burner will not help you to lose weight if you do nothing..

Measure your arms, legs, and midsection at the same time once a week or once every two weeks. In order to gauge effectiveness with an exercise program and a good diet, don't pay that much attention to the scale, because you could be shrinking around the waist and thighs and adding good weight other places.
