in australia yes. the 1,3dime is banned in the usa now and this may need to be refomulated, but i have not heard of a banning on it.

I dont think the 1,3dime is actually banned in the US yet but many supplement companies have been removing it from their products to play it safe. http://www.supplementreviews.com/forum/index.php?topic=14434.0

there is nothing wrong with it at all its a great appetite suppresser. but the side can be severe if taken in excess of, this can go for any supplement. i checked around the web and this stuff is still very avaible.

@hulk, is 1,3 dymeth really banned? like illegal banned or like, in sports banned? Because i looked on the UIL website (Texas high school sports) and it didn't say anything about this being a banned substance.
