took the product 6 months ago,a little late on the review i kno , like alot of other pre workouts it has the usual Beta Alanine , Citrulline Malate,Leucine ect. first time i took this i felt pretty good, awesome energy felt soo goood,even better than jack3d, u get the picture, energy=i give a 9/10. AS far as pumps go,not so good of a product, no pump out of the ordinary, but they were OK pumps=3/10. not as good as the jack3d pumps.
BUT over all a decent product.
