I'm 19 years old and graduated high school back in 09. Played mens basketball and volly ball all four years of high school. For the first 15 years of my life i was always the chubby out of shape kid and new nothing about training. Sophmore year of high school is when i changed everything. I started eating much cleaner, began working out regularly, lost weight and put on muscle mass. I have been workng out solid for the past four years and now strength training is a major part of my life. Researching about new ways to get better shape, put on lean muscle and living a healthier life style has become my number one hobby. Currently my favorite companies are USP Labs, Gaspari, Optimum Nutrition and Nutrex.
