20 years old. Finance student. Ex-GNC employee. Learned everything I know about lifting, nutrition and hormones from copious amounts of reading as well as my old GNC boss (high ranked canadian bodybuilder).
I really want to stress doing as I say and not as I do. I do have a lot of knowledge and have seen lots of people get good results with the information I've given them when I was GNC. I do not have a good physique though and do not train to for bodybuilding purposes. I do not know why I lift other than it keeps me leveled out, but I am a university student so I still like to party. That being said, I don't get drunk.
I play basketball on a men's league team for now and I'm an avid golfer. I also play badminton a fair bit. When I'm not playin sports though I don't do cardio because I hate it and the gym is a place for me to be happy.
As for diet, I've tried tons and tons of diets and for now it seems like daily fasting seems to work best for me. I've also tried hundreds of different training styles, so if you have any questions about anything, PM me. Helping people is why I joined the site.

Beginning stats:

Weight: 165lbs
Bench: 95lbs for 4 reps
Deadlift: 135lbs for 8 reps
Squat: 95lbs for 10 reps
Military press: 20lb dumbbells for 10 reps
