Hey there, I'm chris. I'm 19 6'2" 185lbs. Just lost over 30lbs and back in the lifting game to get a little cut up! I love lifting, wheeling, hunting , fishing, basically all the things the average hick likes to do!
I work in a factory, straight out of school and love it. My goals are to get rid of some stomach flab and just tone and cut to be healthy. I'll eventually bulk again, but for now I need to get to where I enjoy what i look like!
Was never really educated on supps and what not but thanks to this site and everyone's help/ advice I'm getting there!
