Below is my supplement schedule, along with my IF schedule. As I have classes to attend and finals to study for, it may vary.
9:30 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA. (2 Scoops Xtend). Animal M Stak, Kre-Alk, Gluta-Lyn
10:00-11:30 AM: Training. (1.5 Scoop Purple Wraath)
12:30: AfterShock, Kre-Alk, Gluta-Lyn. (Break Fast)
12:30: Post -workout meal. 1 Protein Shake (ON 100% Whey)+ 1 Casein shake (Micellar Creme)
4:30-5:30 PM: Pro Complex Gainer. Anavite. Fish Oil. Enzymes
7:30-8:30 PM: Last meal before the fast.Pro Complex Gainer, Enzymes, Anavite, Fish Oil. Begin Fast
Bedtime (12 PM): ZMA+GABA occasionally
I currently weight 150ish pounds, and I think I'm at around 10-12 percent body fat. Yes, its a wide estimate, but I haven't measured, and I mainly go off of pictures. My main goal is to add to all of my lifts, and hopefully to add some size to my chest, while performing an IF bulk correctly to stay relatively lean. If I don't stay lean, no biggie: I'm doing a bulk after all, and I expect some fat gain. My goal isn't to stay lean, but hey, if I can stay lean while doing this, why not?
