Hey guys and gals,
A little about me- I was brought up in a small town in Maine. However, I currently live in New Jersey (saying its a big difference is an understatement) I have been lifting since I was 15 but I took two years off (when I was 21-22) to drink myself stupid. I put on 70 pounds and was in the worst shape of my life. I graduated college and started turning myself around. It took me 2 years but I lost that 70 pounds and I'm back at 180 lbs. I am in much better shape when it comes to cardio but I am nowhere near where I was lifting.
I am a big advocate for buying in bulk and making your own pre-workout drinks with what is scientifically proven. Screw the supplement companies and their jacked up prices and huge profit margins.

My job makes it really difficult to keep a steady routine going. I'm either working 12 hour days or nights so sometimes I'm working out at 3 am or 3 pm before work, sometimes 6 pm after work. Its hard but I make it work none the less.
