I have lived in the gym off and on since high school and through college. Unfortunately post college, when you join the "real world" situations arise that keep you from being the fit you that you want to be. Hence, my new fitness goal is to get back to an ideal weight, the muscle and bulk comes easy, but the weightloss not so much.
Favorite food would really have to be a big bowl of honey bunches of oats. My current diet is about 2400 calories for cutting and is high protein, low fat, mid level carb count.
