Monday- Chest Biceps (Cavs,pull ups and abs)
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Back (Cavs, pull ups and abs)
Thursday- Shoulders and Tris
Friday- Legs (Cavs and Pull ups)
Saturday- 45 minutes of cardio and abs
Sunday- 45 minutes of cardio and abs
