In the long run yes. After a few weeks it takes full effect. Its not necessarily the direct intention of this product. But when I.took it it gave me a little more endurance and overall good healthy feeling. The serious.training sessions helped with sleep and this helped a bit with recovery. So indirectly yes but you can't just pop.a.few of them at night and expect to.pass out. The green tea and ginsing would counteract your intention.

Thanks Reinger. Was hoping this was the kind of supp that basically "normalizes" alot of functions and so would help with something like that.
