They have reformulated this about a year ago. The nutritional profile and amino acid profile are very similar to ON's gold standard. However it does not come with the big gold standard price tag which is a huge plus. There are plenty of serving per tub so it last for a while.

Taste- The taste is Ok, Cookies and cream was good at first but got old real fast. Strawberry was alittle sweet but not bad if you alternate it with another flavor. Chocolate is good tastes like chocolate malt im on my 4th tub of chocolate and still am not sick of the flavor. Vanilla well I hate almost all vanilla protien so I havent touched it.

The mixability is good however it is alittle grainy in water. Havent tryed it in milk. The conistency is very thin like water (with a grainy texture).

Would highly recomend this to anyone on a tight budget due to the great price. And the help in recovery that it has given me over the months.

Protein is protein for the most part and this stuff is awesome. 120 cals for 20g of protein isnt great, but I add waxy maize anyways so i dont care about calories really. In terms of the actual blend, other than the fact that this one has more concentrate, it's the same as 100% Whey from ON. This is also the cheapest whey i can find anywhere. Overall its a verry good product. Taste is great too (cookies and cream and strawberry are all I've tried)

even though the taste is NOT good, the benefits are great (23gr of protein per serving, of course). i mix it with my favorite chocolate milk so it doesn't taste that bad, otherwise i'd be unbearable :(

Just bought it. Looks good. I have with cookies, and only problem little cookies pieces in it. But they really taste like cookie

Prostar Whey is a best product to build yr muscle in the right way, especialy when u combine with the creatine or l-carnitine. fat loss less than a month.. very awsome product!
