best whey protein in the all world
since this is more of a sustained release protein and its better to have something quickly absorbed during the window of opportunity after a workout. I would have to say iso sensation 93 is by far the best value for money protein i have ever come across, the best quality and blend.

I purchased ISO sensation Vanilla flavor on a 5lbs bucket. It was the only one I could find at GNC with the lowest amount of calories (130) and the biggest size container. So far no complains, the flavor is OK and the artificial sugar used is not too bad, also I shed 1 lb of fat in 1 week without any muscle mass loss. I will update as time passes by.

this is by far the best whey protein i ever had in terms of taste n effectiveness.It has a very nice amino acid profile and protein per serving is excellent 30 grams per 33 gms...........i previously took ON whey gold standard but iso is a better product overall.........it has faster recovery....n better taste i had cookies one......
i like it very much and will continue with it in future............

TASTE- 10/10. Delicious, Cafe Brazil flavour was the best tasting protein I have ever had. You can also tell by the taste that this is a very clean protein.

MIXABILITY- 10/10. Mixes instantly, no complaints.

EFFECTIVENESS- 10/10. This is such a Pure Protein, perfect post-workout to take with water. It will get to your muscles super fast. It also has a great amino acid complex

PRICE- 8/10. A little more expensive than standard lower-quality proteins, but worth the extra money since it is so pure.

OVERALL- 10/10. Delicious. Mixes easy. Super pure (no sugar/fat). HIghly recommend.

Probably the highest quality protein available due to the best form of processing (Double Cold-Temperature Cross-Flow Full-Spectrum) yielding a "full balance of undenatured-bioactive whey protein". In other words a highly digestible protein that won't give you a stomach ache or send you to the bathroom. Compare to other leading proteins and you will see that this is a good tasting, low calorie protein. Note that one scoop delivers 30 grams of protein, and the scoopers are normal size/not abnormally large like you find with some supplements. This is all Whey Protein Isolate, not some crappy blend. You get what you pay for here, all protein. *Mixes well with a spoon

After 10 years of training versatile sports, i paused for 2 years.. I`v used all kinds of gainers and proteins during my training days. I started using ISO Sensation in order to balance out my diet, while i was trying to loose weight.
After that goal was reached, i continued using it as a after workout protein. So far i am quite happy with the results.
I am using it in a combination with Glutamine after every training, isometric and dynamic.
I lost 25kg, gained in strength and stamina.

This had become my favorite post-workout protein. I feel like it helps me recover faster than standard whey protein concentrate. Also, it is great that it already includes a glutamine complex, which saves having to add glutamine powder. Also, it has zero fat, one carb, and only one percent of the RDA cholesterol. I don't know of any other protein powder than has those kinds of numbers.

And while it is a little bit on the expensive side compared to other protein powders sold in 5lbs containers, it has 69 servings and each serving has 30 grams of protein. So if you add up the price per gram, it's not that expensive.

It mixes well and the taste of the chocolate fudge is fine.

The only reason i stopped using this protein is because where i live now Iso sensation is not available!!! I now take ON 100% gold and and would go back to iso sensation anytime.Don't get me wrong ON 100% gold is good but i felt the protein worked better for me with Iso sensations.The amount of protein per scoop is very high combine with a pure/clean protein that is absorbed very fast by the body.Lean proein for minimum fat ingestions.The taste of vanilla is excellent and it mixes easily....even with just a spoon.Got great results with that protein in terms of muscles.

Vanilla - Price is reasonable considering the quality and purity. It is very thin, and understandably so given its lack of fillers. Mixed with ON Casein it's pretty good though. Alone it's like sweetened water. Great when you really need to reduce the amount of fat or carbs in your protein drink though.

This protien can be good or bad depending on what your goals are. The lack of carbohydrates means that even though there is 30g of protien per serving that not all of it will be absorbed into your body. Which if yuor looking to build muscle could hinder your growth. However if your looking to loose weight this product would propably suit you. The low carb would prevent you from gaining fat and hopefully get your body to tap into your fat sources for energy due to the lack of carbs. But this could see your muscles begin to eat themselves to a degree as not all the protien is digested. This could see smaller gains compared to other higher carb protiens.
Personally, I loved the taste of the shake. The strawberry was lovely and i did see some gains in size and strength but not what i hoped for. Yet i have remained slim and haven't gained fat. I'll probably switch to a new one now cause I'm trying to gain size. But maybe an idea would be to combine the shake with a source of carbohydrates after training.
