Value = 10 - Best bang for the buck by far! At $18 for a 4.2lb tub at Sam's Club, you won't find a better deal.
Effectiveness = 8.5 - It works, and I like the results as much as the ones I got from EAS creatines, and a ton better than Muscle Tech of any of the cheap brands. It's not an "out of this world" creatine, and for me to give a 10 that's what it would have to be. But I doubt I ever find a 10.
Overall = 9 - It works, it's cheap at Sam's Club and it tastes great! Probably because there is a lot of sugar in it, but it's easy to slam down this creatine filled Kool-Aid. Not sure what to make of the Nitrate 3 part. I use it primarily as a creatine, but I do get a little extra pump after taking it in the morning before working out.
I liked the first tub so much I went back to Sam's to buy 3 more. I'm now finishing up my 2nd, and have no plans to switch brands anytime soon. If you have a Sam's Club near by and can get it cheap, do it!
