 First kre-alkalyn after stopping creatine because of stomach problems. It's safe to say this gave me NO stomach pain at all. Very good results within first week with boosted performance and increased strength. No taste that was not an issue. I took whey protein and gluta-lyn 1500 while on this and it worked out very well. Exercised about 3-4 times a week with a normal diet with some added protein. 1 scoop = 1 gram whereas kre-alkalyn has only 1500mg. Much better value with this.
