This was my very first Protein tub I ever had. It was on sale at the time so why not right? It's a microfiltered Cookies & Cream flavored Protein.

I use water to mix my shakes and I have to say it mixed very well. No huge clumps at all. Very happy about that.

Was a good 1 scoop of 22 grams Protein Shake. It worked fast and got a decent boost of energy from it as well. No shakes or twitching from it either.

It was on sale at the time for 30 bucks which wasn't bad for a 2lb tub. But the taste was nothing like Cookies & Cream lol. I was very disappointed in that flavor. They say if it taste bad then it works. Guess they're right.

I would recommend this Protein for others to try something different.

a great protein, i got this on sale for about 30bucks. another one of the microfiltered proteins that i am a HUGE fan of now. i dont even care about hydrolysed but microfiltered is the new way to go

taste=7 ok this was the one bad thing about this product i got the cookies and cream flavor and i did taste more like cookies and ass.

mixabilty=10 again never had a problem with micro filtered proteins here.

profile=9 over ten grams of aminos and 22 grams of protein for a 34 gram scoop. u really cant get better than that

price=9 i got this on sale for around 30 but the normal price is around 40 and for 2lbs of this stuff is well worth it.

great product i recommend greatly i will buy this again even if it isnt on sale. but i would try a different flavor because this didnt taste that good.

Wow...great tasting product..I bought the chocolate and it taste like coco mix!
this product has a great value with 5g of glutamine and 5g of Bcaas added to the whey protein...recommend to anyone looking for a low calorie recovery protein...
