how to take ebol

Hey everyone, i know ive asked a few questions in the passed about bulking, but im back with another one. any help is appriciated

Im currently at 172lbs at 6'2''. ive dieted and lost 30lbs recently, and am looking to bulk back up the healthy way (as in not stuff my face with food)

ebol was mentioned to me to bulk, but im not sure how it works, or if i need a pct, liver support, or anything.

this isnt a prohormone correct? im trying to stay away from those since im only 19

like i said ANY help would be great! im not looking to be told not tot ake it unless it doesnt work!

Well you will be happy to know that E-Bol works great for many people! E-Bol is an "anabolic adaptagen" which means that it boosts protein sysnthsis and helps your body adapt to your workouts which results in better recovery. It also helps your body adapt to mental stresses as well which will make you feel a bit calmer, this also reduces cortisol levels which is a stress hormone that can prevent muscle growth and can be a catalyst for muscle breakdown.

HOW TO TAKE IT: Personally I took it around my workouts instead of taking it at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I took it with a pre workout meal, before my post workout shake, and post workout meal, and this really seemed to help a lot and i saw some good gains on it. Take it 30 min before a meal, and i took it 10-15 min before a shake.

WHAT ARE NUTRIENT REQUIREMENTS?: E-bol is an anabolic catalyst which means that you can take in a lot more protein while on it and it can be utalized. With my pre workout meal i would eat around 40 grams of protein, with my post workout shake i had a total of 60 grams of protein(coming from egg whites, whey,and milk protein) and with my post workout meal i had around 40 grams of protein in my meal. But remember to boost your daily intake of protein overall too, not just when you take E-Bol.

IS IT SAFE?: yes E-Bol is 100% safe, and you dont need a PCT, liver support, or SERM or anything of that nature, and it is not even close to a prohormone/steroid.

But remember as far as your diet is concerned the "healthy way" to gain weight/muscle is to eat a lot and shove food down your throat. but if that food is clean then you should not gain much fat (you will gain a little, but if you add in a little bit of cardio it should be minimal) Supplements will help you achieve your goals, but you should adjust your diet before you adjust your supplement stack.

awesome answer man. you sold me on it.

i take in about 60 grams of protein post workout just with my shake, then through out the day i try to reach ATLEAST 150 grams.

is it true i should buy two bottles though? or just do one for now?

so your saying take one before my work out, one with my psot shake, and one with my post meal when ever that may be?

how about non workout days?

well they say to take 2 bottles is more effective, but i got good results with just one, but i would like to try 2 in a row but its kind of expensive for right now.

Also take 1 serving 30 min before your pre workout meal (a meal around 1 1/2 hours before your workout), and 1 serving around 15 min before your protein shake after your workout, and 1 serving 30 min before your post workout meal (which usuallly is a little over an hour after my post workout shake) but you could also just take it with the meal closest to after your workout.

And if you normally consume 150 grams of protein a day, try to consume as close as you can get to 200 or more if you can. E-Bol will help you use your protein more efficently which allows you to take in more protein and be able to utalize it.

thanks man, i guess my last question would be did you see real size increase? i mean im pretty fit for the most part, but im looking to just gain bulk and size
