You can take this with pretty much anything as its Ecdysterone. I like C-Bol better than Kre-alk so once it gets put back on the shelves try stacking those two for good results. If money is an issue tho stick with the kre-alk. Make sure you have a good protein (ex.Myofusion) and u can include a multi vitamin as well.	CamSTL Reputation: +623

All these guys are right. If I rememeber correctly you are also supposed to up your protein intake while on E-bol to increase it's effectiveness.
