If you want to buy a product that will give you decent gains for a very very good price, or ran out of protein and need a quick fix, then I would recommend this product. There's nothing special about it, you can find it in Wal-mart's and the product is at best, just decent. It works. Gains aren't amazing, but it does have ingredients that work.

You can buy this for $16 or so at Wal-mart and you get the intake needed for muscle recovery. There isn't any Prime ingredients that I was impressed with, so for me...It's a product I would use if I ran out of protein and needed to grab something quick after a workout, or didn't want to wait to order more, etc.

You can buy it at wal-mart for cheap as a quick fix to an absence of a whey or protein product/post-workout.

It mixes decent, but I haven't personally found any proteins or muscle building products that mix difficult.

That's it, plain and simple. I have used it a few times in between protein powders or gainers as needed, but it is definately not my sole choice in any protein or muscle building product.

So I checked this out for $17 at walmart and I must say, I think there was more gains on this product than the one I pay $30+ for. I think there is better tasting stuff out there, but this one is not bad. For a guy that struggles to hit 300g/day I just cant spend $100/month on that stuff. So, best value for sure and decent taste. It will get the job done too, I was a Monster in the gym today! You need to eat way more grams than you think you do, so why not eat more and pay the same? There is better stuff, but from $0-30, just go with this yo.

I've been taking this on and off for a few years. this is very inexpensive, it gets the job done, gets you your protein and other things at a low price. Not sure it is the the most effictive thing out there, but if you are on a tight budget, this will work. Needs a little more protein per serving though, would like to see around 50g instead of 33g, not sure how much creatine is in it, but it doesn't seem like it has a hole lot

Protein is going to do the same thing no matter how much you pay for it. This stuff is ridiculously cheap (around $17 only), and it tastes pretty good! I prefer the taste over more expensive proteins and wheys. Don't waste your money on top of the line, cutting edge protein, because this is going to do pretty much the same thing for a fraction of the cost. I will most likely switch to ONLY this product for protein.

Love it! I used to use Body Fortress (I'm a poor college student) and have put on 25 lbs so far using it while losing body fat. Thus, I've put on even more than 25 lbs of muscle. Wooh!

I liked this because it was $18.75 at the local wal mart which is great value even when they want you to take 2 scoops. This stuff does taste pretty good to. I would say the price is what gives it the 10 for me and is in good company along with Syntha-6 for protein. Yes i do understand S6 is time release i am just saying these 2 are my favorites.

Been taking this for couple of weeks already definetly tastes good..works excellent, for the extra reps. and doesnt upset the stomach either . i also ake there creating which combine ive seen some great lean results, easy on the pocket to...why spend 40-50 on protein when you get the same results for less... Six Star muscle products are no joke..

cheap and works great gets u pump with the right carbs just like buying shoes all in the name

Musle building milkshake is one of the best on market that i see in the gym. My wife even see the difference.
