This protein had a pretty good taste. I bought a chocolate and vanilla. I liked both. If you are using a blender it becomes a little foamy, but once it settles it is good to go. It seems to be a lighter protein.

Pros: They say there is about 75 servings in this tub, but I swear i've taken far many more than that. There is 22 grams of protein, 3 grams of carbs, 1 gram of sugar, 2 gramss of fat, and low sodium in this product. The amino acid profile is very legit on this product: 4 grams of glutamine and about 4 grams of bcaas. It has Ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate and microfiltered whey isolate. In addition it has glutamine peptides, taurine, and abunch of minerals and vitamins in it. It almost seems like a post workout protein, which i mean i guess it can be used that a way.

Cons: IT TASTE SOO FREAKIN BAD. It doesn't mix at all.. and the vanilla flavor i bought taste almost like chocolate. My dad bought this tub for about 60 dollars. I've tried to find it cheaper online but with no success. Even though i'm a stronger believer in eating something if its good for you no matter how bad the taste.. but this stuff is pretty bad. I took it faithfully however.

Overall: as far as nutrients and effectiveness goes... this stuff does deliver. They def need to come down on the price and find some way to make it more palatable and mix easier for those who don't want to get out a blender every time to mix a protein shake.
