About

100% Creatine is made by Six Star (also known as Six Star Pro Nutrition). The tagline for the product is “get bigger and stronger, faster”.

As the supplement’s name suggests, the formula features just one ingredient: creatine monohydrate (5g per serving).

According to the manufacturer, creatine monohydrate is “one of the most researched sports supplements”. The brand website also states that the compound could fuel post-workout recovery “by flooding [the user’s] muscle cells with energy”.

100% Creatine is free from fillers, additives and artificial flavors. It is also “odorless” and “tasteless” – and as a result, it is said to mix easily with water or fruit juice.

    Six Star Creatine: Great value
    —-Quick Summary—-
Six Star 100% Creatine is a pretty solid supplement for the basic of bodybuilding needs.
    —-Introduction—-
Creatine Monohydrate is a basic bodybuilding staple that has been been in mainstream since around the 80s and has since then skyrocketed in popularity due to how it helps with strength and muscle fullness. Six Star has created their brand of Creatine and it is pretty good.

    —-Ingredient Profile—-
100% Creatine monohydrate (5g per one rounded teaspoon)

    —-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-

This Creatine is unflavored, so there is not any taste other than grit. I find if you mix it with some kool -aid, it goes down better. The Creatine does not mix as well as some other supplements out there I have to shake and drink each time to get the Creatine. After sitting a second it will settle to the bottom. One round teaspoon provides 5 g of Creatine. Some people recommend loading Creatine, but I have found that just one scoop will suffice.

    —-Effectiveness—-
    8.3\10
Creatine monohydrate is a tried true supplement proven to help with strength and size. Six Star Creatine is a solid form from what I can tell. With no fillers, this Creatine is solid in my opinion. While lifting 5 days a week, I noticed in a 4 week high volume workout program I completed I gained about 5-10 lbs overall. As far as strength, I personally was able to go up roughly 30 lbs on my bench. I was busting it though and we all know results may vary. I should mention a majority of my weight gain also appeared to be muscle while I had minimal bloating. I took off about 3 weeks from taking Creatine and I did notice small decrease in strength. It wasn’t enough to fully say that the Creatine dependancy is keeping me strong. I may, in the future attempt to do the loading phase as recommended to see if that gives me a completely different experience.

    —-Value—-
    9.0/10
To me, this product receives a high value rating. I wasn’t able to purchase at my local retail store for $7.18 which is around 8 cents per scoop.(80 servings)

    —-Side Effects—-
    No side effects noted

    —-Conclusion—-

    Overall rating:
    8.4/10
I will continue to by this product at this price. It is 100% pure Creatine. I went up in strength and size with using Creatine alongside my other supplement regiment. I also took into consideration that I also had to take my preworkout, protein, and vitamins.
