I don't use many supplements, and really only take protein and have recently (6 months ago) started doing a NOS supplement. TZ3 is my first venture into any sort of testosterone enhancement. I found these on a clearance rack, and so I bought them for next to nothing, thinking I had nothing to lose.
I've been taking the product for a week, and so far am extremely impressed.
On the first day I actually increased my weights by about 5% and it seemed it wasn't enough. Everything felt lighter than it had the day before. On my 2nd day I increased all my weights to 10% what they were before I started taking the TZ3. I look at that as a great increase, as before I had hit a plateau and my weight had leveled out.
I plan on cycling this for 4 weeks so I'll come back and post my finished results, but so far so good.
I've also felt a higher energy level during the day, and seemed to be more focused at my day job, which is a nice side benefit.
I also plan on trying Scifits Kre-Alkalyn product as directed to see if I see any additional benefits, but so far I'm very satisfied.
I have experienced no negative side effects so far, so I can't report any bad feelings or bad acne, and my libido hasn't raged out of control and I don't feel any more irritable than before. These are major concerns for me, as I'm not a professional body builder, and have no desire to throw my body or hormones too far out of whack, I just want to look better.
