I got the capsule form of Kreation a month ago and love it, ive been using jack3d previously and started to not notice the effects as much as well as get a bad comedown from the 1,3 Dimeth.
I prefer the tablets as i train after work and can take them in the car. They kick in for me in around 20 minutes, a nice smooth energy kick which is definitley noticeable. Pumps where amazing and felt great right through my hour session and didnt have the comedown i get from other pre workouts.
Its suggested to take 4 tablets pre training which i started with but ive tried 3 and that works well also when im just doing a light session or cardio. Off training days its recommended to take 4 in the morning however i do just fine with 2 caps, this also means ill get about 50 serves per bottle.
Its great it has 1500mg of Kre Alkalyn per serving aswell as its my favourite creatine and saves me taking creatine on training days.
The overall blend is so much healthier than alot of pre workouts on the market and it just contains the proven ingredients to help build mass, Loving it!

I picked up Kreation after wanting to stray away from a 1-3 Dimeth products. I got this as part of a lean mass stack with Shockwave, and a generic tub of Protein Isolate on BodyBuilding.com.

In the past, I've tried SuperPump, Jack3d, Supercharge, Black Powder, and 1.M.R. I feel this product helped with strength increase, energy increase and recovery.

The profile is wicked, and its why I was drawn to it. I love Kre-Alkalyn and wanted a pre sup that had it in it instead of Creatine Mono. Some interesting ingredients in here, including Glutamine AKG, BCAA AKG, and Citruline AKG. Lots of goodies for absorption too. I really like how there is 200 mg of caffeine, I feel its enough to get me hyped but not enough to make me crash like I did on 1.M.R and Jack3d.

I watched the "supplement review show" on bb.com about Kreation. Now, the whole thing is really a joke... But my favorite part is when they read an email from a customer saying that Kreation tasted bad. The two guys on the show then took a sip and called him crazy for saying such things. I'll give it to you straight. If you don't have ice cold water, this is very hard to get down. Its a very bitter, tart version of your flintstone vitamins growing up. Not good.

Overall I loved the product. Its pretty much just what it stated on the label, and nothing more. Sci-Fit is one of my favorite brands now, and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a break from 1-3 Dimeth or someone who is cycling kre alkalyn.

I'll keep this short. I bought this stuff because i originaly wanted a pre workout but i was pinching pennies so then i noticed this had some common prework out ingredients in it so i decided to try it for that reason and because it was really cheap. now i've tried kre-alk before because of it's great reviews and i did'nt really notice anything but this time around i'm seeing a huge difference then before. it definatly gives you a great pump and some added strength, and this stuff has a great energy kick which is always nice. i've seen no bloating so far but it's kinda to eairly to tell. so bottom line i would say this is the best creatine i've taking and i would highly recomend anyone try this, and at it's price it won't kill your wallet to try it. Highly effective creatine with a PowerFULL kick, deffinatly my new favorite creatine.
