Will it still work if...
I play high school football and we workout early morning. Since it's early morn and since I'm new to any form of creatine, would it still be helpful if I take 1 pill pre 1 pill post and 1 pill on off days if my goal is to gain mass?

Follow the directions on the bottle. 2 pills preworkout, and 2 in the evening if youre doing morning workouts. |
