How should i take this product according to my schedule?

i am a busy high school student athlete, and i was wondering how i should take this.
I wake up at 6-6:15 and eat breakfast by 6:45
My workout is at 7:30... any help would be gratly appreciated on how to dose this.

When I took this I took 2 first thing in the morning and two immediately post workout. Seemed to work well for me that way, but I worked out at night. You should be fine taking 2 post workout and two before bed if you work out in the morning.

Answer #2:
Technically speaking, you can supplement creatine any time of the day. From what I have read, it is actually a little bad to take it pre-workout because it will slow down digestion (not exactly what you want during a workout). You just want your muscles "creatine saturated" for your workout. This doesnt happen overnight but once your "saturated", you just need to replace what you use during a workout before your next workout.

My best results have come taking this about an hour before working out. I can definately tell a difference in workouts when I'm taking this pre as opposed to when I'm not. I would take one dose before your workout and one sometime later on in the day.
