Ok well just so you know im not trying to be a dick but you can find a crap load of info online look most people have no idea what there talking about I mean my mom thinks that protien shakes is a form of steriods take every thing in with a grain of salt and jaked 3d is not a creatine it has so little in it that there is no real effect	Seanw Reputation: +14
