Noticed solid gains with 1500. From what Ive experienced and others have its safe to say its the best creatine supp out there an easy to take in pill form.

Just like Pro Complex I bought Kre-Alkalyn 1500 based on reviews from this site. The product was the best creatine product I have ever taken so I gotta say it has replaced Creatine Mono for me. One thing I do have to say is that I bought the 120 caps and not for nothing I didn't really start seeing great results till about a week ago that's fine though because 240 caps are still pretty cheap. I didn't give this a 10 for value simply because I compared it to Creatine Mono and unfortunately this is a little more pricey, with that being said I am totaly willing to pay the extra because this works just as well if not better than CM and I don't get bloated or feel like my stomach is gonna tear apart. So all in all great product I'm gonna buy the 240 caps in the next few days.

I call this Purple magic,no bloat,no loading,no powder,just raw increases in strength. However, it took about a week to see results,then again I only took two pills on workout days and one on off days and it worked great.Ditch the powder get the purple power!

I got this along with the gluta-lyn because they were both very well priced and let me say this is probly my favorite supplement I have ever taken. My strength gains increased tremendously. I recently switched to creatine monohydrate just to try something new and that was the biggest mistake of my life. Kre-Alkalyn is A LOT more effective then creatine monohydrate in my opinion. The only thing I disliked was that I kind of lost my strength gains a little bit because when I was taking Kre Alkalyn 1500 I was able to max 185 bench and now it's down to 165 after I stopped using it and switched to creatine monohydrate. This creatine made my muscles feel a lot fuller and you don't get water retention like you do with creatine mono. This is an awesome product that I will be purchasing again in the near future.

Definetly a great product. Simple to take and not expensive. I stack this with Glutalyn, Jack3d, Optimum Fish Oil, Opti Man Vitamins and ZMA. Noticed a lot more strenght after a few days of using this. Simple ingredients, yet very effective.

Ive gone through a few bottles of this stuff in the past, and i liked it each time. I took 2 in the morning and 2 either after or before (depending on whats convenient at the time) I got decent, gradual strength gains as well as size gains. It looks like you dont gain much size as compared to other creatines but thats because you dont retain any water on this. A good thing about this product is that bloating and water retention is pretty much non existant, and i kept my gains after i was done with a bottle. I tried different creatines and i keep going back to Kre-Alkalyn. It is very affordable, and it works.

First of all, I haven't taken creatine since I was about 17 years old and I'm 22 now. I have no doubt that creatine helps strength and builds muscle but over the years I lost faith in it because I surpassed the gains I got on creatine, just naturally without supplements. The FIRST day I took this, I gained 10lbs on my bench press. No BS. I was extremely surprised. I was stuck at 210lbs on my bench and did 220lbs for 1 rep, with no help. Effectiveness: INCREDIBLE. I have seen my strength agains literally explode through the ceiling. Before taking this product I was only able to bench 275- 5 times now after finishing the product im at 315-5 times. Thats not all, my squat and deadlift have increased. Even with finishing the product two weeks ago my gains are still there. There is no bloating with this, which i love, what you see is what you get. In addition I feel that I have more stamina in the gym, i can work out longer and not feel as tired as before. so i picked up a bottle of this and glutalyn for a dirt cheap price. first time taking a creatine product since the marines a few years back. this *** is on point. no bloating, solid gains and no water retention so far. been on it for about a month now. i take 2 in the morning, 1 before and 1 after my workouts. only other supps are jack3d and glutalyn and i cant complain. you will notice the difference on this.
